Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sabaneta

This is perfect & very peaceful at night compared to the Pabado district. Close to every type of store & restaurants you might need. The host was super responsive & made us feel at home. We had a terrific stay here.

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Beautiful, secure, modern, clean, and great location along a pedestrian walkway filled with many lovely restaurants. A large balcony on the 2nd floor for viewing the action below and people watching. A combo washer/dryer was great to reduce what we packed. The indoor spa was great for relaxing. If you are a shopper, it's only a 10 minute walk to Columbia's largest mall, Viva Envigado. We were always able to hail a taxi within minutes. Also. within minutes we're small markets, a pharmacy, and bakeries. According to locals and fellow airbnbers, one of the best locations in Envigado. Alexandra was super responsive and even took the time to check in on us. We were very sad to leave!

Beautiful apartment in the best location in Medellín. The doormen were great and it felt very safe. Love the design, and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay again. There was a bit of construction noise from the adjacent lot, but the doors and windows are very sturdy so it wasn’t an issue. The amount of great restaurants / co-work spaces / coffee / bars within walking distance was excellent. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay good location and the host was very good

We had a great stay at this apartment! The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Andres Felipe and Felbrania were especially helpful — they quickly smoothed out any small issues and made sure everything was resolved without hassle. The security and building staff were also excellent — always polite, professional, and clearly on top of their game. The apartment itself was situated on a high floor, offering a beautiful view and a comfortable space to relax. The location was very central, with easy access to public transportation and tourist activities — a big plus for anyone looking to explore the area. The only minor downside was that the pool was occasionally unavailable during peak hours due to maintenance. However, this didn’t significantly impact our stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment and building were fantastic. The other tenants in the building were friendly and quiet, there was a pool, playground, basketball court, soccer field, and gym that were all free to use. The apartment itself was great. Wonderful views of the city, comfortable space with everything we needed.

This place is so nice I asked to see if anymore was for sale. The view is everything. I felt amazing everything I looked out the balcony and saw that breathtaking view. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need during your trip. The beds are magnificent—just like those at InterContinental Hotels! It includes all the necessary amenities such as bath towels, toilet paper, and more. Natalia has been a wonderful host during our stay. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Our family stayed at Sean's house in Envigado for five weeks. We had an incredible time and had everything we needed in this house to enjoy our stay. Sean was a very accessible and friendly host who helped us settle in with ease and even connected us to a few other people that were very helpful during our stay. The neighborhood has everything you need, and with Envigado a short car / metro (even walk) away from Medellin it was super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommend you consider it for your visit (especially if you're traveling with family) to Medellin.

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

Alejandro and Juliana’s place was perfect for our trip in Medellin. The place was easy to access. Located in a great neighborhood, with access to short walk to restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. Definitely worth it!

I and my 80 yr old group of friends stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had everything you need, great location and the neighborhood had a great vibe. It IS on the 2nd level and you have 27 stairs to get there. Also below the apt there are businesses & it is usually busy/noisy. But if you have no problem with the stairs or the noise then you abso-lutely should stay there. We chose to stay there in spite of those things & enjoyed our whole visit. Santiago is very good about communication. I would go back.

Simón was a great host and the apartment is as described, a great place and the building staff is quite friendly, you can even ask for help to get a taxi. Comfortable, easily accessible and with all the things you might need very close by. In addition, it is located in a very quiet area of Poblado and Simón's recommendations are very good. A separate mention to the great view of the city from the apartment, and the common areas very nice. I would come back without hesitation.
