Brand new cabin centrally located in 6 Mile in the Shawnee Shores neighborhood, Camp C of Annie's Retreats LLC. Great choice for a peaceful family vacation, excellent choice for tournament fishermen trailering in and out, features a pull through driveway with a 42' covered carport. Very cozy and comfy equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Neighborhood boat launch right down the street, and 6 Mile boat launch a mile further down Hwy 87 if you would want to park at the launch.

Sit back and relax in this 1 room stylish cedar cabin. Sip coffee on the covered porch and take in the beautiful sunrise from your lakefront view surrounded by Sabine National Forest. Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles. Explore nearby coves from our kayaks, jump in the lake from our swimming platform, fish from our piers, or lounge by the campfire. Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

Cuz's Place

Your family or team will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This 3 BD/2BA brick home is located on the #4 green of Pendleton Harbor 9-Hole PAR 3 golf course and has a lake view of Carrice Creek. Situated on a corner lot with pull through carport/garage with over a 1/2 acre of yard for extra parking if needed. There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

The Brackin House

The Brackin House is walking distance from the Hemphill City Park, minutes from anything & everything in Hemphill and just a few miles from many access points to Toledo Bend Reservoir. Our circle drive makes it easy to park or back your boat into one of the three covered stalls next to the house. The large living/dining/kitchen - open concept area, keeps everybody close enough to have a good visit. Sitting on The Brackin House front porch helps clear your mind for whatever comes next!

The Wright House

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard. This house is equipped with all the supplies you'll need for an easy stay, from kitchen equipment and dishes to linens and towels. Currently no WiFi

Paradise in the Pines

This spacious newly renovated super clean 3 bedroom/2 bath with a spacious covered patio to soak up relaxation and grilling your favorite food. It sits on a corner lot with a short distance to Lowe's Creek boat ramp to launch your boat. Pull through parking with plug-ins for boats (4). All amenities necessary to have a relaxing stay is available. If you enjoy hiking, Indian Mounds is West of Paradise in the Pines approx 1 mile. Cable TV and wifi is available

Our Sweet Dreams Guest Suite is all new, it’s spacious and completely comfortable. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on the main drive in Hemphill, close to everything you need from restaurants, gas stations, groceries, banks, and gym all near by. The lake is not far and we allow for boat parking. Unit is Smoke Free, No Pets and No Parties. Check in at 4 pm and check out by 10 am
