The house is pet and smoke free, however we provide two designated smoking areas outside. The house has a large outside deck for tanning and also a screen porch to escape from the mosquitoes. There is a large picnic area beneath the house with a gas grill, storage area, picnic table, porch swing and bench. There is also an outside shower.
