The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

This area is full of stores, cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores. The apartment is also only a 15min walk from Altice Arena making this property the perfect location for your stay near the modern part of Lisbon. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and features a living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom, one bathroom, a large terrace, and a kitchen.

Wooden "Chalé"

Dear guests, I have the pleasure to host you in this beautiful nordic pine Chalé. Hidden away from the street in the rear garden, access is through the inside of the first floor apartment then back down to ground level by the outdoor stairs. To access the yard where the chalet is located, they pass through my apartment on the first floor and go down about 10 steps. The Chalé is fitted with a bathroom and kitchenette so you can be autonomous and there is also an outdoor space in front.
