This 19th century traditional house has been designed to match what we believe people want, maximum comfort, absolute peace, holiday feel and absolute attention to detail.  Renovated in April 2019, the designers tried to keep the character of the building, keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams and restoring certain items such as: the 100 year old clawfoot bathtub and the Thonet washstand found in the attic bathroom, the Thonet chairs and the eclectic floor lamps in the living room.

Modern studio, scandinavian style, recently renovated, cozy, warm and sunny most of the day located in a quiet neighborhood. 30 minutes walk to Old City Center or 10 minutes by car. The bus station to city center is just 100 m away. Many restaurants, pubs, shops are in the close area (Profi, Carrefour, Mc Donald’s). Flat offers an extendable sofa bed, with a comfortable memory topper, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
