Cool Mountain House with Lake Access

The house is in a private forest in the White Mountains. Visitors have access to the Mountain Lakes facilities. Kancamagus Scenery Byway, Groton Lake, and Loon are nearby. Well equipped kitchen and a outdoor gas BBQ make gourmet cooking joyful. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a Queen bed, and 3 twin beds, and a full bath. A powder room, washer and dryer are provided. HDTV, WIFI/ land-line phone are available. Bring flea spray and a compass, be careful with animals in the woods.

There is plenty to do, including ping pong, foosball, and air hockey, piano, 4 TVs, and whole-house sound system. The huge backyard has a badminton/volleyball net, horseshoes, and a putting green.

A cherished and spacious 4-season family vacation home welcomes you. Hike, bike and ski nearby. Skate or snowmobile on the frozen lake. From the private beach or dock, push off with our kayaks, canoe, or paddleboard. We provide fishing poles, air mattresses, and kids toys, as well as tennis and pickleball rackets and golf clubs for free games minutes down the road. Grill dinner and eat on the covered deck, or sit in the Adirondack chairs at the firepit as the sun sets over the lake.

The main floor has an open concept Kitchen/Living area. The couch in the living room is a pull out. Both bedrooms and the full bath are also on the main floor. The walkout basement level gives up some extra space during your stay and direct access to the water. The laundry area is in the basement as well.
