I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home is equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, making it a perfect getaway from the Bay Area. The space is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. One of the highlights was the amazing game room—such a fun addition that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re looking to relax or have some friendly competition, it’s a great feature! The pellet grill was another standout, perfect for outdoor cooking and adding to the overall experience. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. You can tell they put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome. If you’re looking for a relaxing and well-equipped retreat, this is the perfect place. I highly recommend it and would love to stay again!

The home was very nice and just as described. It's part of a duplex, but we never saw or heard the neighbors, so it felt very private. The neighborhood is in a more modest part of the city, but we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The house was clean, well maintained, and had a pleasant open concept layout. We brought two vehicles, and both fit easily in the gated driveway, which was a big plus. It's also conveniently close to the freeway, making it easy to get around. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the couch and dining chairs weren’t the most comfortable, but that’s a minor detail compared to everything else. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great value for the price, and we’ll definitely be booking again!

Nice place. Spacious, clean and quite. I originally thought it would be hot upstairs but it’s not very hot. And Daniel is very friendly and helpful. Always help and response quickly. I’d definitely come back next time when I’m in Sacramento!

Angelina and Ivan's 1BR 1BA place is really well thought out, sparkly clean, attractively furnished, and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the substantial open area in the living room for doing exercise. The kitchen lacks nothing. Effortless check-in and free parking pluses as well. The neighborhood is clearly on the the rise and I always felt safe. Easy walks to the ballpark and across that magnificent bridge to downtown and Old Sacremento. I will mention that a lovely and considerate family lives in the adjacent half of this duplex, so if you are a light sleeper, just have a plan for the very normal noises of footsteps that are transmitted. I enjoyed my stay very much!

I stayed several months at Kelly’s home after my own house was damaged by a large walnut tree during a severe storm. Kelly herself was such a comfort to me during this time:warm, supportive and caring. She was always available to offer help if I needed it but also conscientious about respecting my privacy. Charm & Warmth was exactly what I needed to feel right at home with its big backyard, fun decor, comfortable furniture, all the necessary amenities and dependable wi-fi. I especially loved being in her neighborhood which was exceptionally quiet and conveniently located. Thank you for your hospitality, Kelly!

This place was perfect for my family, very spacious & comfortable with many amenities including a large TV & very comfortable sofas. Kitchen had everything needed with good sized dining room. Bedrooms were large enough with comfortable beds. I’ve stayed in the Sacramento area 3-4 x a years for the past 8+ years & will try & book this place for now on. Price was fair

We had a very pleasant stay in this 1-bedroom unit. It is well suited for long-term stays and comes with a sufficiently equipped kitchen. Cleanliness and good mattresses make for a comfortable stay. It was very nice to have a view onto large trees and mature landscaping from every window. Sitting on the porch in front of the unit allowed to enjoy mild evenings outside. Overall, the property is well kept and offers a good level of privacy. Immediately after crossing a street, one comes into a nice, very green neighborhood with large old trees and winding roads, where it is very relaxing to go for walks that could either lead to the quaint, historic town center of Fair Oaks or to the American River for relaxing strolls or more vigorous walks.

Loved staying at Ryan's for a quick trip. He provided clear instructions, had good food recos, and checked in to ensure everything was alright with the stay. Loved the amount of space available, the bathroom was super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! It nice to have onsite parking and it was a quick drive to other parts of the city. Would highly recommend staying here!

This pristine, roomy studio was a perfect home base for our adventures in Sacramento. We could walk to the Railroad Museum, Convention Center, bookstores, pubs, and restaurants. Centrally located, yet extremely quiet.

We needed a comfortable place for a quick overnight stop in Sacramento, and this stay was just what we were looking for. The home was quiet and cozy—perfect for resting before continuing our journey. The host was exceptionally kind and went out of their way to assist us with parking, which can be a bit limited in the area. Although we were too tired to explore the neighborhood, we appreciated the thoughtful local recommendations and hope to return someday to check them out. Thank you for being such a welcoming host! P.S. The small decor touches really made the space feel like home ❤️

Overall it was a great place to stay during our trip to Sacramento. Since it’s located downtown, most things are walkable and there are plenty of lime scooters nearby for longer distances. Mesha and Chris are also very responsive and helpful if you need anything. The place was clean and the area was beautiful. Only thing was occasionally we could hear the people upstairs, but it was nothing that wouldn’t stop me from booking here again. Friendly neighbors too. Met my expectations easily and I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking to stay in Sacramento.

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

From the beginning until the end of the stay, it was so peaceful, beautiful, romantic, quaint, and secluded! Can't say enough good things! 5+ stars!

Excellent spot! Second time staying here and it was perfect.

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

The condo was amazing and perfect. There were a few things that were our of the host's control (such as neighbors suddenly getting noisy) However the host and co host kept communication and stepped in when they could. Overall amazing stay and so great full for them both.

was pretty cozy and close to old sacramento and downtown. right next to the freeway but if you closed the windows you cant hear it at all!

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.
