Just the getaway for a peaceful autumn weekend with a wonderful water view, lovely grounds and setting. Mark is a very accommodating host and answers any questions quickly. The apartment is well supplied and a short walk to shops. A very relaxing stay!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful condo the decor is spotless & the outdoor deck is a huge bonus. Watching the sunset or having coffee in the morning really lade the stay even more relaxing. I cant wait to go back. :)

Upon arriving we were taken with the location, beautiful and ample plantings and attention to detail like a bottle of wine and a variety of snacks to welcome us. The hosts were gracious, warm, gave us privacy, and great tips on where to eat. Cowfish in Hampton Bays is not to be missed. A large and private hot tub, comfortable lounges, and outdoor shower are just some of the amenities. A fire pit with water views was a great spot to unwind at night. The hosts gave us kindling and a lighter, and were very responsive with other asks and recommendations. It’s a great location with ease of access for both the North and South Fork. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Fantastic location! We were literally a two minute walk from the beach. The studio apartment was as advertised and we would stay there again. We highly recommend!

Beautiful place with helpful and friendly staff. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything you need. Beach towels supplied as well. The front deck has a stunning view with a table and lounge chairs to enjoy your coffee or meals. While everyone's deck is attached, there are privacy screens in between so you aren't staring at your neighbors (and vice versa). As others mentioned, the walls are quite thin and quiet hours begin at 10. So, if you're a night owl this may not be for you, but you can choose to just stay out on the beach right up until you're ready for bed. Really quite the memorable experience and even though I'm a night owl myself, I would 100% stay again.

Perfect location! My friends and I had the best visit this weekend. You cannot beat the location and Kirsten was responsive whenever questions asked. We will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous stay at this adorable cottage. It had everything we needed and more. Great spaces indoors and out to hang out, walkable to one of our favorite wineries, other wineries & restaurants close by. Appreciated having a tandem kayak to use & explore Goose Creek. Enjoyed watching birds, including Baltimore oriole parents in a nest in the backyard. Would return again. Thank you!

I have a lovely time at this charming home. It was exactly as pictured and advertised. The home is warm and inviting and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. The backyard has a beautiful view of a lake. I spent quite a bit of time on the rear deck reading and getting distracted by that view. Locally there is Greenport Village, Orient Point State Park and Inlet County Park to name a few of my favorite outings. Thank you to my host for being so responsive when I called with a minor issue one late evening. I hope to return for another stay one day in the future.

We were very pleased with AJ’s place. We are 2 friends that came to cycle and explore. Location was good. Nice to each have a king bed. Can walk to beach.

I stayed at Mary's rental with my sister's family including a 4yo and 6yo, as well as my 72yo mother and the house was a perfect fit! The downstairs bedroom and full bath were perfect for mom to avoid the steep stairs, and the house was well equipped with a ton of kids books and some toys. Proximity to town was the highlight, we were easily able to walk with the kids which was perfect since the weekend was too chilly for the beach. Mary was responsive if needed but the house is well stocked and easy to navigate so we felt at home right away. I will absolutely be renting from Mary again!

We had a lovely fall weekend stay at Paul’s place. The house and the water views are just as pictured. Convenient location allowed us a good home base to explore the north fork wine trail and local businesses. We did have one small plumbing issue during our stay however Paul was extremely responsive to ensure it did not affect our stay at all. It was a nice experience having such a responsive host. Overall our friend group had a great time and would return again.

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

Picture perfect! Newly updated accommodations with all the comforts of home. Extremely clean and very well managed. The view from this place is incredible. The perfect oasis in Montauk. Khrisna was extremely responsive and accommodating in our needs. Will definitely be back again!

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!
