This is the place for◆ healing, retro, and off the beaten track travel! A house in a rainbow pine forest. This is a modern Japanese-style house newly built in January 2024. 2 minutes on foot from the station (airport line), and 5 minutes on foot to the sea, hot springs, and shopping center. You can also enjoy leisure and sports (golf, marine sports, hiking, and touring). Limited to one group per day, so you can use all the space. Right in front of it is Nijii-no-Matsubara, one of Japan's top three Matsubara pine forests. You can also walk to the beach through the pine forest or enjoy cycling. We also support long-term stays. (Price adjustment possible) The room There is a 14-tatami kitchen & dining room, 6-tatami Japanese-style room (additional use of 8-tatami Western-style room when booking for 4 people), toilet, washroom, and shower room. It is a safe, all-electric specification. A clean and cozy one-room apartment for a woman, conveniently located just 1 minute from the subway and bus stop. 24-hour shops are nearby. The room includes cooking utensils, a rice cooker, and a semi-double Sealy bed for a comfortable sleep. There are also 3 washer-dryers in the building. The maximum stay is 180 days a year, so please book early. This resets every April. Updated pricing for quality maintenance: from ¥5,500/night in 2026, with possible slight increases due to Japan’s inflation.

The 130-year-old Villa Kaede, originally built as a guest house by a founder of Arita Bank, has been beautifully renovated. Visitors can enjoy a garden that showcases the changing seasons. The villa also serves as a convenient base for day trips to places like Nagasaki City, Unzen, Ureshino, Sasebo, Hirado, and Huis Ten Bosch.
