Waterfront holiday rentals in Sagadahoc County

We had the best time at Chloe’s place. We were so comfortable and enjoyed being able to pop over to Reid State Park whenever we wanted. Georgetown was a short drive from a lot of other places we had wanted to visit for a while. Spent the day hopping around between Brunswick, Bath, Damariscotta and Boothbay Harbor. Eros UPick oysters on the drive into Georgetown is a must!

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb with our two young children (ages 2 and 5), and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The property was private and offered a serene and safe environment for our little ones to explore and enjoy. One of the highlights for us were the breathtaking sunsets we got to witness every evening. The views were simply stunning and made our stay even more special. Additionally, we enjoyed fishing off the pier, which was a great activity for the whole family. Betsy, our host, was amazing! She was always available for any questions we had and made sure we felt right at home. Her friendliness and attentiveness truly enhanced our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to other families looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. Thank you, Betsy, for a memorable vacation!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Harpswell. We took several of the walks on the Land Trust list all very well sign posted off the side of the road. Don’t miss Giants steps. Lisa’s white folder had brochures that described all this. We also enjoyed popping in to the local potteries-of which there are many- the potters were very interested in talking about their craft. We liked Ash Cove especially. The house was very well situated for seeing all of the fun things around. We ate out in wonderful restaurants. We loved The Dolphin and the fabulous views from the windows and property. The Owls Nest is great too for relaxing in, we enjoyed the deck and the very comfortable living room. lots of nice amenities -nice washer and dryer, great shower. Just a great place to stay.

David, Ray and Colby (pup) were the absolute best host!! Looking for a relaxing few days before heading home after a 10 day trip through Maine, and we came across this gem! So well kept and clean. Everything we could possibly need and more. The view from the porch and access to the dock provided the peace and serene we were looking for! If we weren't already in love with Maine, this place, along with the gracious host sealed the deal! Short drive to Wolf Neck Park for a hike on a beautiful day, then around the corner to Maine Beer Company for Lunch! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

We’d knew we’d stumbled upon something extra special after reading one excellent review after another here…and yet still hadn’t fully imagined how perfect it would all be in person. Our anniversary weekend started with the beautiful and relaxing drive out to the point where we were warmly welcomed by Deborah who had a wealth of local tips and answered our every question. Highlights: Spectacular views over the water and inviting spaces to relax in the lovely garden; the clean, relaxing, beautifully and uniquely designed studio; dinners at Enoteca Athena and Blue (Grey Havens Inn); easy hikes, notably Morse Mountain and out to the beach… But the best? Deborah. With her thoughtfully placed vases of flowers, sweet offerings and treats, and especially her contribution to the overall feeling of connection in this special part of Maine. Thank you!

Jennifer's place is so interesting, clean and tastefully decorated! We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely would return there, as many guests do. Be sure to check out the wonderful nearby Salt Water Cod Cafe and the many Maine-made things from Seaside Creations on the road to the Giant Steps on Bailey's Island. Also, the chocolate from Jennifer's candy store up the road is really good. Thank you Jennifer for making this experience possible!

Wonderful place to stay for a long weekend. A 3-5 minute walk down to water access. Two kayaks and necessary gear made it easy to get out on the water. Peaceful area but only a short drive into Brunswick for anything one may want or need.

Judy and Nick’s place is a true oasis. Beautiful and quiet and a short walk or drive away from beautiful walks/hikes, with a wonderful local farm and brewery just under two miles away. The apartment itself is spotless and very comfortable, with lots of natural light and a view of the Sheepscott River. One of our favorite things to do is to sip our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river. Judy and Nick themselves are lovely and very responsive. This was our second visit and we are already looking forward to returning!

We love Harpswell and Timothy's home is a real gem. The house is beautiful and so comfortable! The view from the deck is absolutely amazing. We had a great week--we especially enjoyed kayaking. Timothy was so friendly and answered all my questions. We hope to return!

Sometimes photos just don't do the real thing justice, and this is the case with this property. The property and the views are truly spectacular! The home is huge and has everything you could ever need to live for a week or more. The porch, especially the screened in portion are magnificent and the hot tub was a perfect way to finish up a great day. We had so many plans to adventure out, but found ourselves wanting to stay and enjoy the pristine yard or just sit on the porch and enjoy each others company, we didn't want or need to leave. Having coffee and watching eagles fly by over the river was truly spectacular. Judy is one of the nicest, easiest hosts we have had the pleasure to work with and truly appreciates your patronage. And Hugh's journal on all things Graywood is a lifesaver. Not only would we return again, but we look forward to it.

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The setting is gorgeous, the house was very clean and well-appointed, and we loved hanging out on the deck overlooking the river. The layout of the bedrooms upstairs was also ideal - the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from two smaller bedrooms, which are right across the hall from each other - we had kids in the smaller bedrooms, and the grandparents in the master bedroom couldn’t hear them at all, so everyone slept well. We would love to stay at the house again next time we’re in Brunswick!

Absolutely stellar experience at this home. I hesitate to write an amazing review for fear that it won’t be available next time we book, but we will absolutely be back. Gorgeous location, idyllic beach interior, homey feel, stocked kitchen—this place has it all. 10/10.

Natasha’s house was perfect for our family vacation in Maine. The house is charming and had everything we needed and then some - appreciated all the kids toys and crib! The views are absolutely incredible. Would recommend!

Beautiful setting. Great host. Quiet. Tranquil. Peaceful. Once we navigated the dirt road we enjoyed the drive to restaurants. Into Bath. Reid State park was amazing. We liked The Osprey. We loved Blue at Grey Havens.

This was our family’s second stay at the Bay House. We love the ever-changing views from the picture windows and watching the various birds fly about. We enjoyed using the included beach pass to the state park, but were also comfortable staying in to play board games on the one rainy day we had. I’m sure we’ll be back to visit Popham Beach in the future!

We loved our stay. We are trying to figure out how to make the 9 1/2 hour trip next year. It was so relaxing and so many places to go see within 45 minutes. We would recommend Boothbay Harbor. We went on a sailboat there. Harpeswell 70 ft schooner was sold out at the time. Also, Portland was a great city to eat and walk around. Over all it was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. Never made it kayaking but plan on it next time. the kayaks were just laying out ready to be use. I highly recommend Connie's and Mike's place!
