Very nice and modern apartment.

Simplifiez-vous la vie en restant dans ce logement tranquille et bien situé. Superbe logement trois et demi très propre et près de tous les services. Possibilité d'ajouter un lit smple ou un parc pour bébé qui peut servir de lit si besoin. Situé au sous-sol de la résidence familiale et très bien éclairé avec de grandes fenêtres. Nous sommes un couple avec un jeune garçon de onze ans. Tout y est à par la climatisation mais le sous-sol est juste bien pour la température qu'il dégage.

Communication 5 star Location 5 star. 4 min to the hospital. Included amenities - 4 star. Appliance wise you have everything you need including washer and dryer. In kitchen though for consumables you have salt and pepper and that is it. I always enjoy places that have basics that avoid needing to do a FULL grocery trip. $10 in dollar store spices, some cooking oil, etc would last 6 months plus and and save hassles of buying oil when all you need is 30 ml for cooking eggs or whatever. Apartment itself - 3.5 stars. It is clean. It has everything you need but is basic. Photos are accurate and it is perfectly fine and offers good value for money. Be aware the only view on the water is from the kitchen window. The living room and bedroom look onto the road (no idea what the original builder was thinking). Patio has nice view but there is no table to sit around. BBQ was great to have. All in all would come back.

We appreciated the welcome and generosity of Richard who had lit a fire pit, prepared the charcoal for the barbecue and the jacuzzi at 37° C. Great!!, clean and well-equipped accommodation. A stone's throw from Lac St Jean, a peaceful walk by the water can be improvised at any time. We'll be back!!

I highly recommend it, super clean, quality finish and modern. When we arrived, the apartment smelled very good and was very welcoming. Audrey and Mathieu are very welcoming, making us comfortable to share their beautiful backyard with small lights, pool and spa. All the more so, a small private patio attached to the apartment for beautiful summer evenings. To be repeated.
