Very friendly and supportive hosts. The place is super nice and clean.

We had a really good stay. The place is clean and service responsive. The only downside was that we had to make arrangement an hour in advance whenever we needed to use the pool.

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.

I had a wonderful stay at Joyce place! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. Joyce was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Hien, the helper, is wonderful. My family enjoyed every meals she cooked for us. She is very nice and helpful. The fresh bead she baked every morning is also a delight. The place is idea for a family get away.

Good service, clean, good location

I stopped by Phan Thiet city during my travel, therefore I was looking for homes with privacy, washing machine for my dirty clothes, and easy to get around to explore the city in just 2 days. Phuong’s home is exactly what I hoped for. It’s full of furniture. I hired the motorbike from home and quickly found some cafe, restaurant and beaches nearby. Recommend to go to the beach between Allezboo and Ca Ty Resort, it’s cleaner than the central beach. Only downside is the home does not have number yet, which makes it hard for the car to get there. Thanks Phuong for an amazing experience.

Was a great stay and Sophea was extremely proactive and great at communicating. The home is pretty and was clean. Sadly, the river that used to be behind the house no longer exists, and has been replaced with a construction site.

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

We enjoyed our stay very much Anna was always on hand before and after to help us. We felt at home in her beautiful place. It had everything, comfy beds pillows clean towels. The apartment was super clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need — even an espresso machine! Sua is honestly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. He gave us a tour of the place and shared some awesome food and coffee spots. The building has an amazing pool and gym, and even though it’s in a quiet residential area, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Both Sua and Phuc were super responsive and answered all our questions. Such a gem!
