35 m2 cottage with garden and stunning views of the southern slopes of Vercors. A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

The Tower Cache

Simplify your life in this accommodation on the ground floor of a building, at the foot of the Tour de Crest, the highest dungeon in Europe dating back to the 12th century. Some like to say that there are underground passages under the Tower, dungeons, dungeons and other galleries leading to shops and other caches of the medieval city. From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the Drome valley. Enjoy the surroundings to hike, swim, read or rest. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

The cabin is located in Piégros la Clastre, at the foot of the foothills of the Saou Forest. Admire the view of the forest, the Château de Piégros, the mountains and the starry sky at night. Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

Hamlet house in the Quint Valley

Hamlet house located in the beautiful Quint Valley, 15 minutes from Die. You will appreciate the calm, the swimming areas, the walks, the local producers... The house consists of a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and a reading-game area (with 1 bed for 2 people) overlooking a small terrace on the 1st level. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace that is highly appreciated in summer.

This accommodation is perfectly located at the entrance to the village, in front of the river, offers easy access to all sites and amenities. We are just at the entrance to the heart of the village, in the summer season it can be very lively! If you are looking for calm, choose a rental in the countryside. Please understand that the sofa is a 2nd or 3rd bed but extra.
