Warm and comfortable house, located altitude 500m, 150m from the owner's house, composed of, 1 room with a double bed, another with a double bed and 2 single beds, equipped kitchen with wood stove, living room with fireplace, and 1 bathroom. Small independent house, carefully renovated, with healthy and durable materials, self-contained in water (non-drinking rainwater collection but drinking water provided) in a unique setting in the heart of the Drôme Valley. In the heart of nature, magnificent views of the village and mountains. 1 km from the village, at the end of the road (watch out for the road!). Friendly cats on site... Ideal house for 2, walkers, mountain bikers... Possibility of 1 extra bed in the sofa bed.

Relax and recharge your batteries in this pretty & quiet pied-à-terre, nestled in a 34,000 m2 site on the edge of the forest in the foothills of the Syncinal de Saou. From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the Drome valley. Enjoy the surroundings to hike, swim, read or rest. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
