Apartment located in a converted stone house in the heart of the Drôme Valley, in a quiet place. South-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for enjoying the sun and al fresco dining. WARNING: no garden and no access to the swimming pool. Self-contained entrance. Portable air conditioning unit in the double bedroom and fans. The Drôme River is 800 meters away. Hiking trails start from the hamlet, and there's a cycling route along the river.

The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

You have a large terrace, an outdoor kitchen, and a garden to enjoy the outdoors. The accommodation is ideally located for starting walks and hikes. The Drôme River is a 5-minute drive away, to enjoy many swimming spots in summer. Our small village, Piégros-la-Clastre is 2 km away, where you can enjoy the bar/restaurant.

Look up at the sky during the day to observe vultures and at night to marvel at the splendor of the stars. Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

Hamlet house in the Quint Valley

Hamlet house located in the beautiful Quint Valley, 15 minutes from Die. You will appreciate the calm, the swimming areas, the walks, the local producers... The house consists of a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and a reading-game area (with 1 bed for 2 people) overlooking a small terrace on the 1st level. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace that is highly appreciated in summer.

Au coeur du Parc Naturel Régional du Vercors, perchés dans un autre monde, votre refuge panoramique, niché sur un petit plateau, laisse vos yeux ébahis contempler les falaises plongeantes des Goulets, la profondeur à perte de vue du Cirque de Léoncel ou la quiétude du petit verger qui abrite des arbres magnifiques, mais aussi trois lamas, un cheval et un mouton.
