A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Renovated and inhabited by us, it offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay; thank you for taking care of it. You will find a warm atmosphere, perfect for sharing a weekend with family, friends or enjoying a relaxing holiday in peace, surrounded by greenery. For an extra relaxing moment, a hot tub is available as an option. We will be delighted to host you!

La Maison de l'Etang - fishing and tennis

🌸Pretty farmhouse located in a beautiful rural setting, facing its private pond (fishing allowed), in the Perche Regional Park. ☀️The house is an old farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated, with all the comforts for spending a few quiet days with family or friends: board games, fireplace, raclette grill, barbecue, etc. 🍒No neighbors and 5 minutes from local farms, the supermarket, a tennis court, a pétanque court, the bakery, and even the gas station!

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

In a historic, secluded and quiet setting, MAISON FRANCE, former outbuilding of the Château de Romainville, located at the gates of Perche, offers an enchanting panorama, with fields of golden wheat and green woods. While retaining all its charm, it offers a blend of perfect comfort and authenticity. On a hiking trail, you can stroll through the woods, relax by the pool and enjoy a dinner under the stars in the conservatory.
