The Perché-sur-la-rivière is a charming log cabin, circa 1962, fully restored, facing south. Literally perched on the water. Veranda for sunbathing, meals, sleeping. Giant trees. 45 min from Montreal. Bright, peaceful. Pedestrian and cycling walkway to shops, restaurants and woods. Bike path at the door. La Petite École de la Montagne Ronde CITQ 300537

*****Small school built in 1905. Restored according to artisanal methods. Located between wood and fields , the Maurician Scale equestrian trail, and the snowmobile trail is connected, also ideal for walking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. The large room is bright and the small bedrooms are on the second floor. In the basement there is a stove with maple wood provided.
