Newly converted in 2023, Lavender Cottage, surrounded by lavender bushes, offers a delightful private stay on the land of our family home. The cottage is tucked away down a quiet country lane but within walking distance from the village store and amenities. Offering a small kitchenette, en-suite shower room and separate bedroom. It also has a sofa bed making a small double and a pull out single trundle bed in the living room.

One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. The Smelting Works is in the centre of Truro, though quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre which is just five minutes walk away. Carriage House is a spacious property in the middle of a working farm. Separate kitchen and sitting area with private garden and use of a field. Trefronick Farm has a beef herd and sheep flock and we have a dairy farm next door milking channel island cows. 5 miles from nearest beach (Perranporth) & 5 miles from Truro. It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome.
