La Source – Solignac, Tence

Lovingly renovated apartment in our 17 century French farm, with a private entrance and courtyard garden. La Source offers an open plan 18m2 living area with a fully equipped hand-crafted kitchen, dining table, and sofa bed. The bedroom is 22m2, with a hand-built bespoke double bed and a single daybed, Smart TV, armchair, hanging space and chest of drawers. There is a wide corridor and a bathroom with a shower. Off road parking, free secure wifi, garden furniture and a BBQ. Open all year.

In the village, a café with the possibility of meals. Geneviève will show you her lampshades, pottery. Béatrice will open the door to her painting exhibition. Well heated and equipped with large kitchen, 2 fridges/freezers, laundry room for provisions. Ideal for relaxing and plenty of activities on site: Nordic bath, sauna, brazier, BBQ, petanque, games room (table tennis, foosball, darts) and walks. Close to Peaugres and the gourmet village of St Bonnet le Froid.

Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

We're excited to welcome you to our typical Ardèche Verte home. The 40 m2 accommodation is independent (private entrance) and refurbished. It is attached to our home. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (TV/Wi-Fi), a bathroom (shower/toilet) as well as a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. Wake up in peace, you can enjoy walks and hikes (GR 42 at your feet), the river but also many activities (climbing, spa, safari...).

Cocooning for couples, nature activities in the forest and on the Auvergne plateaus! Time to relax!

Le Refuge du Loir

Small mountain house located at an altitude of 86O meters in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and sunshine and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative reviews about the path, we specify that it is a bumpy path but passable by car!

Wooden chalet in the wilderness

Welcome to Mars! Located at the end of the road, it's the gateway to nature! New, well insulated, the cottage is nice without TV or Wi-Fi, leaving room for disconnection. Shop/cafe in the village and summer market on Friday morning. The larger villages are 10 minutes by car (Le Chambon-sur-Lignon, Tence, Saint-Agrève) Close to Mézenc and Lisieux for outdoor activities. Pets welcome!

Coeur village : studio "l 'alôve"

Located in a traditional 19th century Auvergne farmhouse in the heart of the village, the studio is newly renovated. It is close to all amenities: bakeries, butcher, restaurants, hairdresser, pharmacy, farmers' market, ... In a Scandinavian cocooning style, "l'alcôve" will welcome you for your green getaways or the discovery of local products.

Marie's Cabin

A real cozy nest, everything has been thought out for your comfort. A cozy place, furnished by Marie with natural and raw materials. The separate bathroom allows for rest and relaxation. The terrace allows you to enjoy a good time with your favorite reading, have breakfast or spend a pleasant evening by the warmth of the fire pit.
