Located in a private property, this apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven, TV, Wii-U (4 controllers) and Wi-Fi. Free and exclusive access to the pool (you will be the only ones to use it), but note that it is not heated. We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!

The apartment is located in the Champ-Borne district of Saint-André, 200 meters from the seafront and 500 meters from the Temple of the Colossus.
