In just a few minutes you can reach the Golm ski and hiking area and a hiking trail starting straight behind the house takes you into the fascinating mountain world of the Rätikon. Bright rooms, lots of space, cosy seating areas, comfortable beds and a successful mixture of old and new await you - the ideal place for your family holiday or vacation with friends.

Here, where fox and deer literally say good night, is our newly built holiday home with a feel-good factor. Each of the 3-4 bedrooms captivates with exceptional views. The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
