At the foot of the castle, 15 minutes from Rennes, "La Licorne" is a pretty 40 m2 house, a fully equipped 25 m2 living room-kitchen. Free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, the bedroom: 1 double bed followed by the bathroom, walk-in shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room. Quasi-family cul-de-sac, quiet, south-facing on a courtyard (right of way) with small garden furniture. Quick temporary access possible by car during the day, free parking nearby. Arrival 3pm/7pm.

Le studio récemment rénové dispose de sa propre entrée et vous serez totalement indépendant du reste de la maison grâce à sa salle de bain et petite cuisine aménagée. Nous habitons sur une ferme, vous aurez donc vue sur les poules et la prairie des vaches. Le terrain n’est pas clôturé mais votre toutou est le bienvenu ! Nous avons nous même un chien et un chat. Un canapé lit se trouve dans la pièce principal mais pour le confort des voyageurs c’est un vrai matelas double, il n’est donc pas utilisable en canapé. Un lit une place se trouve dans la chambre. La cuisine se compose d’une plaque à induction, four, micro-ondes, frigidaire. Entièrement équipé en vaisselle et ustensiles Salle de bain avec douche, lavabo, toilette.
