Monica’s home was amazing. It was spacious, beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location. She thought of every little detail. You basically don’t need to bring anything because she provides it all from pool and beach necessities to toiletries to kitchen essentials! She even provides kitchen gadgets and accessories that I don’t even have in my home! She was responsive and checked on us frequently. This was the perfect girls trip with my 3 aunts and cousins. We were so impressed we tried to book it again for October but she was already booked! I’ve stayed in many places all over the world and this was one of the nicest and most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. I can’t wait to come back to St Augustine again! Thanks Monica!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

Oh man where do I start. The place was impeccable and looked just like the pictures. It was super cute with lots of amenities. I felt like it was a hidden gem.

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Nicky was very responsive we were arriving early texted her and let her know she said it was ok if we went ahead and got to the house earlier than check in very helpfull she has a very pretty house a nice screened in pool and alot of good recommendations in a note book right in the house very well done we would definitely stay again

Amber was an incredible host from booking all the way through check-out. Nice house, close enough to downtown but not in the hustle and bustle. Beautiful and peaceful backyard that was perfect for our two families. Kids loved it and so did we!

The home was perfect for our large family. The bedrooms were spacious, and the common area was large enough for plenty of entertaining. The location was amazing as we explored many parts of St. Augustine with ease. We would absolutely recommend this home. Thanks Jeff.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! Easy walk to the amphitheater with crossing guards assisting with crossing the highway. Short drive to the beach and also St. Augustine itself. We opted to uber to St. Augustine which was only about 12 dollars instead of dealing with parking and parking fees. Would definitely stay again! Had no problems with the shower as mentioned in other reviews.

I don't have enough space to write all I want to write. Lisa is amazing! She exceeded every expectation from even before I booked my stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and has everything you need and then some. She though through what a guest could want and need throughout their entire stay. The house is quiet, comfortable, and feels like being at home. The neighborhood is perfect, and location is everything. I loved waking and falling asleep to the sounds of nature for 15 days. There wasn't a time when I messaged Lisa to ask something, and she didn't reply almost immediately. She went so far above and beyond for myself and my family. It was critical to get this trip right for very personal reasons, and I was not disappointed. I'll definitely stay here again, and encourage everyone else to do so. My background is Hospitality Management, and Lisa delivered on excellence and guest satisfaction! Thank you for EVERYTHING!! 🧡🫶🏻🧡

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. We did a lot of sightseeing and being able to come back to such a cozy, welcoming and clean home meant everything to us. The hot tub was my personal favorite! Dani was very nice and any messages were answered promptly. I would definitely stay again.

The property was top notch! Extremely clean & comfortable / lots of room & relaxing! It was a short driving distance to whatever you might want to do. Host had lots of local recommendations which was super insightful & appreciated!

This was a fantastic staycation. I am a local to St Augustine, and the home away from home was just as described and so relaxing! The kitchen had everything ever imaginable! The home was sparkly clean very "homey". My 2 young boys loved the pool and the outdoor area! I loved the fact of all the pamphlets on the local history/things to do! Exceptionally clean and nicely designed fresh home very close to Crescent Beach and Historic St. Augustine. Perfect for beach getaway and short drive from many bars and restaurants. Great host who made everything simple and provided local recommendations. Highly recommend, short drive to three beach areas.

We had an incredible stay at this home in St Augustine! Johanna was an excellent host who communicated everything so timely and even offered us early check-in, which was a nice surprise. Once you enter the home, you can tell how much thought went into everything. It's a perfect place for families and very toddler-friendly with tons of toys for the little ones to play with. Most of all, the house is really beautiful and clean, and it's very well priced for how much space you get. It worked out so well for our annual family trip. Thanks to Johanna for making it amazing! Would highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and looked even better in person than the pictures! Lauren was extremely communicative throughout our entire stay, and the beach was just a few steps away! Perfect for a relaxing beach weekend, and just a short drive to the downtown st Augustine area!

Beautiful, peaceful retreat! We traveled to the area for a family celebration & so happy we found this little gem! Very clean, well stocked for basic cooking. The screened in patio had fans & comfy furniture. We spent lots of time out there, but the view was just as good from air conditioned living room or dining room! Kelly & Bucky were welcoming and the check on & check out times are very generous. Will definitely be back when we stay in the area !
