So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

This was a PERFECT place to stay for the weekend! We were able to walk or take a quick Uber anywhere we wanted to go. There was so much to see and do and explore. When we wanted to relax the pool, video games (I won!) and especially the rocking chairs in the front porch gave us room to spread out and relax. This is an amazing place and absolutely perfect down to the last detail.

Our family loved staying at the house and we felt like we were at home. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing in the pool with all of the floaties and pool toys, we even made smores at the fire pit, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our favorite family meals. We had a really nice time!

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Nicky was very responsive we were arriving early texted her and let her know she said it was ok if we went ahead and got to the house earlier than check in very helpfull she has a very pretty house a nice screened in pool and alot of good recommendations in a note book right in the house very well done we would definitely stay again

We truly enjoyed staying at Lisa’s place!! It was so much fun, we really enjoyed ourselves relaxing in the pool to cool off and checking out all the local bars/restaurants! There was plenty of room for our group of nine 🫶 highly recommend for getting together with friends & family!

We had such a fantastic time at this beautiful home in St. Augustine! The home is very clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect—tucked away on a quiet street but still close to the beach, downtown, restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The house had everything we needed and more—well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a lovely outdoor area to relax. You can tell the owners really care about making it a great experience for guests. We walked to town every day and loved how easy everything was. Communication with the host was fast and friendly, and check-in was simple. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting St. Augustine. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our trip on Anastasia Island. The house had everything you might need, including beach equipment, loads of towels, and a well equipped kitchen. The walk to the beach was easy. The beach was absolutely beautiful, a hidden gem. The beach had very few people and the people in the area were all friendly. It felt very safe and family friendly, Not a party atmosphere- which we absolutely loved. We were traveling with our 7 children ages 10-16, so the area was exactly what we hoped for (we saw So many turtles). We loved the light house near by, it is a must do! My kids loved it! And a tip for any visitors with kids~ bring kites! We brought kites and they were so fun!

We loved the stay at Bryon’s Airbnb! Bryon was very responsive and kind. It was clean inside, smelled nice, and the AC was working well. The location was also great. I would come back if I was visiting St. Augustine again!

My Fiancée and I visited Matt’s house to celebrate my graduation. The house was not only easy to find, but was in a very inviting and vibrant neighborhood. The house itself was perfect for the stay, nothing too big or too small, with a quick and easy drive to downtown, and all the beaches you could ask for. The only suggestion I would add is a microwave would be a good addition, but outside of that, we had a blast with not only the destination, but also the house!

Quiet neighborhood that was drivable to everything we did in St Augustine. Shore Dr along the Mantanzas River was a great street for walking or taking a bike ride in mornings / evenings. The house was comfortable and free of clutter to help us feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked for making our own meals.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! Easy walk to the amphitheater with crossing guards assisting with crossing the highway. Short drive to the beach and also St. Augustine itself. We opted to uber to St. Augustine which was only about 12 dollars instead of dealing with parking and parking fees. Would definitely stay again! Had no problems with the shower as mentioned in other reviews.

My family and I had a great experience staying here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay again in the future!

I don't have enough space to write all I want to write. Lisa is amazing! She exceeded every expectation from even before I booked my stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and has everything you need and then some. She though through what a guest could want and need throughout their entire stay. The house is quiet, comfortable, and feels like being at home. The neighborhood is perfect, and location is everything. I loved waking and falling asleep to the sounds of nature for 15 days. There wasn't a time when I messaged Lisa to ask something, and she didn't reply almost immediately. She went so far above and beyond for myself and my family. It was critical to get this trip right for very personal reasons, and I was not disappointed. I'll definitely stay here again, and encourage everyone else to do so. My background is Hospitality Management, and Lisa delivered on excellence and guest satisfaction! Thank you for EVERYTHING!! 🧡🫶🏻🧡

Went for my husbands birthday and have 7 guest which included two kids. It was very clean and spacious, and the beautiful backyard was perfect for the birthday dinner. The host was more than helpful by having toys and a pack and play on hand. Highly recommend.

Great location, lovely view and cozy beds. Do note, the stairs that give you that great view might be a bit of a challenge for some. Nice natural light and a good open kitchen to enjoy friends. Hope to stay again!

If I could give this home and host 10 stars, I would. I come down to St Augustine about 4 times a year, and this experience was far and away the best of them all. The home is brand new, tastefully furnished, pristine, and spacious. The host was extremely friendly and responsive. The house has everything you need and is a quick walk to the center of downtown. There was a box of fresh gourmet cupcakes waiting on us when we arrived as well. This host and home has now set the bar for all others. Thank you for an amazing trip. 5/5

This sweet cottage was the perfect location and convenient to all the historic sites. The trolly stop was within walking distance and we were close to eating establishments and beautiful water views. We enjoyed the space and the cleanliness and quaintness of each room. It was the perfect place for our family of 3 and Sarah was very responsive. We were completely satisfied.

La Rêverie was the perfect home away from home for our girls’ trip. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning design—rich, whimsical, and full of personality. Every room was thoughtfully styled and comfortably appointed. You can tell the owners, Justin and Brittany, have poured their hearts into every detail. The location was fabulous—close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough for peaceful evenings in. Justin and Brittany were exceptional hosts: responsive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth, from early check-in to easy-to-follow house instructions. Communication was top-notch. This place is truly a gem. Whether you’re lounging in the vibrant living area, cooking in the chef-grade kitchen, or relaxing in one of the cozy, colorful bedrooms, the whole experience is an absolute delight. We didn’t want to leave—and we’ll absolutely be back!
