I wish I could give this home a 10 star review! My husband and I just stayed here for our honeymoon. It exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, had plenty of linens and towels for the week, and more than enough toiletries. The house had everything we needed to even cook a dinner at home one night. As for the outdoor area, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The pool was so nice to have. There’s plenty of furniture to be able to sit in the sun or the shade. The location was very close to St. Jean and the hotels/restaurants along the beach. It took us about 8-10 minutes to walk to Eden Rock. I will say the driveway is very steep. You definitely need a car that can handle the steep driveway. We had a Kia Picanto and it did have some trouble getting up the driveway in the rain. But we made it work. This home is the perfect spot for a couple looking to get away and have some privacy, but who also wants to enjoy all that the island has to offer.

We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay at this villa in St. Barth. The villa itself was beautifully maintained, stylish, and peaceful. Aithana was a fantastic host and always responsive!

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

Perfect location, great responsive host who gave us fabulous recommendations. She guided me right to the location by pretty much holding my hand, she picked fresh mangoes from her tree and gave to us. Everything was inside the BnB that we needed, including local beer and water. Felicia is a wonderful host compared to some of the airbnbs hosts where I've stayed at. There are markets, restaurants and local bars nearby. All around wonderful! I would definitely return. I already miss this place.

We stayed here with seven people, and it was very comfortable, the beach is just a few steps away. The view was great. Very good dining in close proximity to the condo.

The Airbnb was impeccably clean, with cozy and a well-maintained space that made our stay truly enjoyable. Unexpected situations can arise anywhere, but the way this host prioritized our experience and went above and beyond to resolve it was truly impressive. Great place to stay, very spacious, super equipped, the roof terrace is beautiful, especially I like the surroundings, safe, quiet and within 20 minutes walk from the airport. I was now at a Paul's place for the second time and can 100% recommend this apartment. Price / performance.

This is my 2nd time booking Aloha Penthouse and both stays were great. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were *perfect*. No worn out mattresses like I've encountered at other places. Just up hill from a casino and some really good restaurants. And a short walk to Maho Beach if you want to watch the planes landing up close and personal like! But don't worry, the airport shuts down at night so the planes won't keep you up at night. The view from the balcony is also worth mentioning.

The Beach House was everything we expected from the pictures on line. The pool is large enough to cool off and even practice snorkling for a newbee!! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The cool breeze off the ocean provides some relief from the hot sun. We sat out most mornings with our tea watching the bay come to life with activity. We used the kayak to get us over to Pinel Island where we spent the day on the beach. Finally the area is secure and we felt very safe. Prior to our trip Margaux answered all my questions concerning restaurants and beaches. She also ensured my grocery order was received and put away. When we arrived Margaux met us at the house and explained where everything was and how it was operated. We had a number of Iguanas and Donkeys visit us during our stay. Thanks for everything. We will be back in 2026.

Pascal's place is a real paradise. This house is oriented towards the outside and perfectly meets our expectations. Even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was perfect from the welcome to the start, I can only highly recommend it. We'll be back soon!

We stayed at Catherine’s for 3 nights and it was perfect! We have stayed out St. Barths a couple times, but only with groups of friends in larger villas. This was the perfect place for my husband and I for an anniversary and babymoon celebration. What we loved: the amazing proximity to our favorite things on the island (Gustavia 3 min, Columbier Beach 8 min, Governeur 5 min, St. Jean 4 min), view is unlike any other, the fully equipped kitchen, tidy and spacious interiors, and beach chairs for our beach outings (SO helpful and lovely!). Catherine was super accommodating! This is a fantastic spot - you won’t regret it.

We heard a lot of great things about indigo bay so we decided to rent this villa. The beach’s are beautiful and calm and have restaurants that are so delicious. It’s a gated community with security so it’s extremely safe. Honestly best location. Your right in the heart of the action. The villa was beyond gorgeous and fully equipped with anything you could possibly want. The pool was very clean and you get the most amazing view of the ocean from there. There are 2 fridges which was very convenient. It has the such a fun bar that lights up which is great for hosting and having a party if that’s what you’re into. He also sent someone to clean the pool and the villa during our stay. Robert the owner and his team were so helpful and accommodating. He had many great recommendations for restaurants (rainbow cafe was excellent) and beach to check out. I usually like to mention something that could be improved but there is nothing bad I can say about the host and villa. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed staying at this very quiet home with a gorgeous ocean view, pristine pool (that was cleaned 2x during our week there), only a 10 min drive from the airport, steps from beautiful Flamands Beach with a couple exquisite top tier restaurants, and a 20 min walk/hike to the spectacular Colombier Beach (feeding the turtles & chickens scraps of fruit & veggies at the start of the hike was a highlight). The host was quick & responsive with all my questions during our stay. The beach chairs were broken and not replaced during our stay but the host was off island and very apologetic. The dryer takes a long time to dry stuff but i think that is typical of dryers in Europe versus the USA. We opted out of the included maid service 2x weekly but that is a nice service if wanted. The home was extremely clean upon our arrival. The mini ping pong table was a fun addition that we played a few times. A bit pricey for just 2 people but welcome to St. Barths! We would come again!

This might be my favorite Airbnb in history. The view, the cats, the tortoises who visited every morning. It was all magical. The space leaves nothing to be desired, you have EVERYTHING you need and more.

The best feature of this place is the location! You can walk to a small grocery store, multiple beaches, many restaurants and shops, etc. We loved watching the planes take off and land and the resort pool was very peaceful. The apartment itself was perfect for what our family needed to be comfortable. Small issues to note: -the music from nightclubs can definitely be heard throughout the night, so light sleepers beware -the kiddie pool at the resort was closed as of April 2025, and looked like it had been closed for quite awhile with no signs of repair

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Sint Maarten. The place was located right by maho Beach with a direct view of incoming aircraft off the balcony. The beach itself was less than 5 minute walk away. The apartment was just as the photos looked. Rooftop beach was excellent as was the location - the market right downstairs was convenient. The room was very quiet - all the noise outside was blocked. I had a small issue at checkin where they weren't able to find the reservation but I called and Jenn helped get it sorted within 20 minutes. Great stay. A must for plane spotters. Would stay here again.

My husband and I took our 1 year old on her very first beach vacation and this place was perfect. The location was amazing - easily walkable to shops and restaurants and just steps away from the beach. There were beach chairs at the property but there are multiple beach clubs right outside where you can rent chairs and umbrellas. Our baby had the best time playing in the sand and we found the area to be very serene. My husband and I especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for dinner and listening to the waves crashing after we put our baby to bed. Gery and Alexandra were very responsive whenever we messaged them and even provided us a crib for our baby. The place looks exactly as pictured (maybe even better) and the views are amazing. Would definitely recommend!!

We had an amazing stay here and were so glad we skipped the mega resorts in favor of a boutique stay. This location is amazing, still in Simpson Bay but far enough from the airport to get a restful night of sleep. We loved having the grocery store downstairs and the ability to walk to restaurants. The room is huge and has a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. The air conditioners look brand new and worked well. Mattress was very comfortable and I appreciated the blackout curtains. We enjoyed getting to use the hot tubs on property after a day of exploring, they are kept very hot which I appreciated since I have a back injury. There was security on site and a 24 hour front desk. We hope to return soon!

Great location! Grocery store and many restaurants are all on the same strip in walkable distance!! Left plenty of necessities like towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and dish soap. Over all great place to stay!!
