For this new stay in the Caribbean, it was by far the best. Amelie is attentive, always available and has great advice. A native of the island, she knows and guides your research of all kinds. The villa is absolutely stunning and really well suited for 3 couples or a family to stay. There is so much room and it is very private. Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island. Frederic and Emilie were great at providing instructions on how to get to the villa but I would recommend that hiring a car is essential upon arrival, as there are no shops or beaches within walking distance. Emilie was very helpful in assisting us to arrange car hire, buggy hire and jet skis and helped us with all our questions. The villa is in a very peaceful location and decorated very beautifully. Be sure to stock up on food and drink before you arrive (especially if arriving later in the evening) . Thank you to Frederic and Emilie for hosting our wonderful stay!

I loved staying at Villa Alexi, I felt right at home. The villa was spacious, clean, walk able to hotels, markets, beaches. Ample space for parking our rental car. And I loved all the windows and infinity pool! 10 out of 10. Byron was am amazing host, I hope to come back!

Would give this villa more than 5 stars if possible! Beautiful home and surroundings; very clean. Wonderful sea breeze keeps it cool and pleasant. Although there are actually quite a lot of houses around, I was amazed at how completely private it felt. Clément was an excellent host! Very responsive and available if we needed him, but did not hover. He was so kind to give us recommendations for sights and activities and he stocked our fridge with food and drinks prior to our arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The daily housekeeping was a plus too that I did not expect. Rent this villa! You will not be disappointed!

It was a great time spending at the villa.

The house was super spacious and very private. We were a bit hesitant because there wasn't a view, but to have a big yard, open concept indoor/outdoor living and a big pool, we were very happy and it was very close to our favorite restaurant in St. Barts. Tamirin. It was a very nice stay and this truly is an AirBnB int hat a family does live here. It is not a full time vacatin rental, so the quality of construction really shows that care was put into the building. Our only hesitation in recommending this AirBnB is that there is construction on housing across the street, but they are building really fast, so there shouldn't be any noise after construction is completed.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Picked us up from and dropped us off at the ferry to help with luggage and helped us arrange a rental car.

We had a delicious and unforgettable stay in the villa. The view is a pure wonder & the house has all the amenities necessary to have perfect moments! I would highly recommend!

Wow! The photos do not do this place justice! It was perfect in every way! The concierge service was outstanding! The villa is about a 15 minute drive from Gustavia. It is close to a hiking trail to visit the natural pools. The cleaning service was great! The fridge stopped working and it was replaced in less than 12 hours. Absolutely no complaints, would do this trip 100x over! Thank you!

What an incredible home. The villa is tucked into one of the quieter spots on the island, well away from the crows and traffic yet with a beautiful view. The home is stylish and extremely comfortable with ample space to relax and enjoy. We would definitely stay here again as it is one of the nicest places we have stayed on the island. Thank you! John

He welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home right away. One highlight was the thoughtfully curated guest book, filled with insider tips and spot-on recommendations that made planning effortless. Michael also provided key reservation links and apps, making bookings a breeze. The villa itself is stunning—elegantly designed, impeccably maintained, and surrounded by a lush tropical garden that creates a serene oasis. The crystal-clear pool, framed by vibrant greenery, was the perfect spot to unwind. The location balances privacy and convenience, with easy access to the island’s best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Housekeeping was excellent—thorough yet unobtrusive. This villa exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a magical St. Barts getaway, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

We cannot say enough great things about this villa! The location is perfect – on a quiet side of the island, with access to two great hiking spots (the natural ponds and a path past Le Toiny). The staff were so attentive and accommodating, picking us up from the airport to ensure a smooth check-in. They provided a map of the island, which was so useful, gave great recommendations, and even gifted us a little lunch and dessert platter, a bottle of wine, and a little canvas bag. The villa was decorated so beautifully – many elements were updated more than the pictures on the listing showed. Overall, it was such a great experience and if/when we come back to St. Barts, we will definitely utilize Corcoran again!

A wonderful stay in Pointe Milou. Lovely pool and comfortable outdoor dining. Loved that there was a screen on the master bedroom door to the outside.

We have rented many villas on St Barts, and Rositas Villa is superb. It is large and spacious. Clean and well taken care of. The gardens are gorgeous and you couldn’t ask for a better location or host. We will certainly rent from Rosita again.

We loved our villa at Point Milou. The location was perfect, one of our favorite sides of the island. I loved that all three rooms were pretty much equal in size and decor so no one couple felt shorted. The villa was exactly as described and we felt we had everything we needed. Some of the bathrooms didn’t have hairdryers and the host promptly picked some new ones up and delivered them within hours which I thought was very nice. The only issues we had are issue you would find in most villas due to the island being small- electricity and plumbing are still island quantity and quality. We had cleaning service every day except Sunday which was great. Just make sure you bring bugspray. There were a lot of mosquitos and gnats and the main community space does not have air conditioning and so you leave the doors open allowing many of them to fly into the common space.

We were received and looked after by Alexandra throughout our stay. Very smiling and anxious that the stay goes well. Very responsive to our requests, she did everything to make our stay perfect. We warmly recommend this address

Jean and Merete were wonderful hosts and they have made a really special hide away with very pretty ,natural looking pale blue ST Barths style ,with a four poster bed and terra cotta tiles everywhere. It is quite windy but has a stunning view . It’s certainly something memorable! We loved it !

Great place to stay

This was our second visit to Villa Les Basses. We just love this place! It is exactly like the pictures! The location in L'Orient is perfect. It's about a 30 second walk to Le Petite Columbe, a wonderful little bakery. It is also within walking distance to 2 markets and a few casual restaurants. Our favorite was Le Bouchon. Communications with Wimco were easy and Cam was very helpful with arrival, departure and reservations. We are already looking forward to our return!
