They are composed of Villa Moringa (4 people) adjoining Studio Vacoas (2 people), fully renovated and air-conditioned, in a natural setting where the sound of the waves flirting with the cliff will lull you and offer you the best of a rejuvenating vacation.

Our charming bungalow, sea view, overlooking Saint-Leu (less than 10 minutes from the center and 250 m altitude), is located in a quiet and green environment. Ideal for couples, it is below our house. We don't accept children for safety. The private pool, next to the bungalow, will be ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

Le studio de 24m2 + son patio de 16m2 est niché sur les hauteurs de Saint-Denis à 200 m d'altitude, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Le studio est mitoyen à la résidence principale et à une autre dépendance louée en airbnb. La piscine et les transats sont partagés avec les autres locataires et nous même. Vous serez à mi chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre ville de Saint-Denis (6 km/15minutes).

Villa des Brises – the studio

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
