Parfait pour un séjour indépendant à Biel/Bienne, bien située entre lac et Jura, à 25 minutes de Berne, Neuchâtel et Soleure et 1h de Lausanne, Zurich et Bâle. Quartier tranquille à 10 min à pied de la gare et des rues commerçantes. Bus à deux pas et parking zone bleue devant la maison. Pour 3/4 personnes. Lit + canapé-lit + lit d'appoint sur demande.

The pavilion is located in the heart of the historic part. Built in a tavillon and enjoying an exceptional view, it is a magical place. It is accessed through a lush garden and stunning views of the lake and the island of Saint-Pierre. Ingeniously designed ( sofa bed ) , the pavilion offers great comfort in a small space ( 12 square meters). Discover my second ad in Erlach: the dreams, in the heart of the old town. Alone, as a couple, with friends or family, relax in the secluded garden and enjoy the beautiful view, hike along the vineyard path, swim in the lake and explore the old town of Biel... and let the charm of the old house take effect. The main apartment is occupied by one of the hosts.

3.5 rooms with lake views and private garden. There are two bedrooms for 4 people. Parking space available. Very quiet area. Jacuzzi bathtub. Painting and windows redone in May 2016 as well as the parquet in both bedrooms. For a month, it is no longer allowed to use the barbecue that is in the garden. Use the small electric grill in the hallway cabinet. Minimum 3-day stay.
