Situated along the beautiful camel estuary a downstairs apartment in the lower level of our home with its own access. Enter into a hallway then from here into a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and TV. Another door leads into a kitchenette, fitted with a fridge, sink area, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Access to a shower room is off the kitchenette and also leads to a roomy lounge providing a sofa, TV, dining table and a desk area. A 5 min walk to town centre.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
