Including 1 equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bathroom with shower. Completely renovated, comfortable, neat decoration, ideal for couples or solo travelers. I welcome guests in person, my entry times are from 2pm to 6pm. After 6 p.m., the keys can be picked up at the Saint Charles train station storage until 8:30 p.m.

In a small quiet street perpendicular to Boulevard Longchamp, I rent my 30 m2 studio with balcony. Its location is ideal less than a 10-minute walk to the train station and an 8-minute drive to the Autoroute du Soleil. Large supermarket on the corner and parking spaces. You will be very close to the city center, in a nice and safe neighborhood, with many artists' studios and associative spaces, the Palais Longchamp, its large park and the Museum of Fine Arts.
