This 31 m2 studio is spacious and is located in the Fortress of Mont Dauphin, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014. At the crossroads of the Guil and Durance valleys, close to ski resorts, whitewater, lakes, hiking, St Crépin airfield, cities, history and culture, natural parks etc. The studio was restored in 2024. It is located on one level, quiet, and equipped with all the comforts with a real 160 x 200 bed, a dishwasher and a garden area with deckchairs

Our cottage is quietly located in a private garden. Its 30 m2 terrace will allow you to enjoy panoramic views. Free parking. We have taken special care with the amenities and decoration for a cocooning atmosphere. 5 minutes' walk from the center of Guillestre you will find: all shops, cinema, restaurants, supermarket. At the gates of Queyras, Vars, Risoul, and Embrunais, its geographical location will give you access to an unlimited playground in summer and winter.

This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30 min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has an outdoor patio, place to park your car and good internet connection.

We welcome you in the charming studio with independent entrance, located on the ground floor of our village house in the heart of a small very quiet hamlet on the heights of St-Crépin. On the edge of the GR541 and close to via Domitia, at the crossroads of the Ecrins and Queyras mountains, close to Vars/Risoul resort, it is a great base camp for all nature sports. Practicing various mountain activities, we will gladly share our knowledge of the area with you.
