Dating back to the 1700’s this servant’s cottage has been lovingly refurbished whilst still remaining true to its character with the addition of a modern compact but functional kitchenette it retains the original beams doors and fire place-plus a secret door to the servant staircase! This gite is tucked away right in the heart of this beautiful, rural, French village. A short 2 minute walk from the local bakery, butchers, supermarket, pharmacy, bank and bar/restaurant . A wonderful medieval property updated to the highest standards to meet modern needs set within Domfront castle town. Wake up to peace and quiet then take a stroll to the boulangerie for breakfast ,then perhaps later dine at one of the many friendly restaurants, cafes or bars. You will be delighted by the beautiful castle and stunning landscaped grounds that surround it .The area is very picturesque and full of charm and character. It's a great place to discover the real France and its culture.

The house is a modern, bright, newly renovated home set in private grounds of 5000 m2, surrounded by fields. You will be renting the entire house and garden. Bed Linen and Towels are extra cost. 5 Euros per person for bed linen, and 5 Euros per person for towels. You are located 50mins from Mt St Michel, within Le Parc Naturel Normandie Maine, 10 mins from historic towns of Mortain and Domfront, 500 m from Velo Vert (V40 Paris to Mt St Michel walking/biking path), on the "Route de Poiré".

Our Barn was fully renovated in 2020/21 offering 2x 60m2 Gites each on two levels. L’HIRONDELLE and LA HUPPE. We have created modern accommodation but kept the character of the barn with its original oak beams and stone. Located on the Normandy/Loire border in a rural location offering couples a quiet escape to the countryside. Self catered, but your choice of our breakfast option. Centrally based for guests to visit the many medieval towns, markets, walks and attractions within the region.

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.
