Our cosy studio is located in a converted barn on the border between the Charente Maritime and Gironde departments. The studio has all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days there is a fireplace. The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
