This home offered more than just a place to sleep; it provided an experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the sunrise and sunset. Each morning/night the windows framed a breathtaking spectacle of colors, transforming the room into a vibrant canvas. The positioning of the house along the water maximized this natural asset, creating a sense of tranquility and escape. Beyond the view, the apartment was clean and well-equipped. Looking to experience this place again and the beautiful French community that makes the town even more appealing.

We had a great stay at this chalet. The environment is very quiet and relaxing, if we could have stayed longer, we would have! The listing was as described. Kayaks and pedal boats are perfect for a little tour on the lake! Antoine was very responsive and available. Thanks for the great stay!!

I highly recommend the place - interiors excellent, host very friendly and to the point, surroundings are serene and tranquil. Space wise, it’s not for more than 11 people in my opinion. 5 dedicated bedrooms for 2 persons each and then 1 more bedroom in the basement but the bed is wall to wall, so good enough for 1 bachelor. Really good couches but wouldn’t recommend them to sleep overnight unless you’re trying to cut on budget. Definitely didn’t feel like it’s good enough for 19 people as advertised, good that we were just 12 with a kid. In a nutshell, bet your money on it if you’re planning a peaceful vacation for 11 people. Thanks Renato!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage over the weekend. The place is very clean, peaceful, and well-maintained—perfect for a relaxing escape from the city. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything went smoothly, and we truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. The cottage is well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The only issue we encountered was with the boat access area. The ladder used to get out of the kayak needs some repairs—there are a few loose nails, and it’s quite difficult to climb safely. I would recommend fixing this for a better and safer experience for guests using the kayaks. Aside from that, everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend this cottage and would love to come back again!

Beautiful stay in your chalet. Very quiet place and close to the river with beautiful rooms. The hot tub, fire pit and mosquito net gazebo were very popular for our outdoor moments! Thank you so much for the sweet surprise when we arrived!

We loved our weekend at this cottage, we recommend it 100% if you want a relaxing time in nature, you can't go wrong, it's the perfect place, very quiet. Great location with the river around the cottage. The chalet is super beautiful and well decorated, very well equipped with everything you need. Also the host responds very quickly which is a plus. We will definitely go back and don't hesitate to rent this chalet, go for it, you won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Laurence and Patrick's! Everything was perfectly as described in the cottage. The family cottage made us feel at home, while being completely exotic thanks to the breathtaking view of the lake. We did not miss anything: the cottage was very well equipped, with wood available and the possibility of using the hot tub, which made our stay even more pleasant. Laurence and Patrick were very responsive and attentive to our various requests. Thank you very much to them for hosting us!

A group of our friends gathered for a long weekend, and we stayed at the Chalet. Nancy was amazing with clear check-in instructions as well as instructions for the hot tub. The property is absolutely lovely. We all had a great time relaxing in the kitchen and family room, as well as eating outside on the patio and enjoying the hot tub later at night. It was also the perfect ending to our honeymoon as my husband and I got married last weekend! We could not have asked for a more perfect location to spend time with our friends. Beautiful home and stunning location, the pictures don’t do the Airbnb justice! Perfect place for a relaxed weekend away. The location is set right in the middle of a wooded area next to a small lake so the bugs are numerous (to be expected when in nature), so make sure to pack lots of bug repellent and afterbite cream!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Eliana’s place. It is in a beautiful setting and the house was lovely and cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace and exploring the frozen lake. We would love to stay again.

Residence combining charm and comfort. Despite an earlier arrival than expected, Marie-Pier welcomed us with kindness. Peaceful neighborhood with nearby services. Portneuf Regional Park 25 minutes away where hiking and canoeing await you at very attractive prices (just don't forget the mosquito repellent). Excellent stay

The cottage was great! Big windows showing the beautiful view of the sourrounding woods and lake. About 15 minutes from Val St-Come ski resort. So skiing in the morning and relaxing after in front of a nice fire with a glass of wine. I would definitely recommend this cottage. Thanks Nicolas for your cottage. Patrick

The location of the chalet is just amazing. We went during the winter and it was warm but we regretted that the temperature prevents us from enjoying the outdoors since the facilities looked great and there is a veranda overlooking the grounds, it's beautiful. The rooms were great, it had everything we needed and even more. Yannicke was very patient with our many questions and above all very responsive.

Nancy's chalet was perfect, we were 4 friends and everything was done to accommodate a group. Bathrooms in each bedroom is a big plus. Super quiet, no neighbors visible.

Gorgeous cabin, kind and communicative hosts, and a wonderful location for winter recreation. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Very good and beautiful stay at Emmanuel's chalet. Especially since dogs are allowed which is really much appreciated. A real pleasure of healing and fullness. Chalet with rustic decor that immerses us perfectly in the atmosphere. The corner of the outdoor fire perfect for enjoying getting around under the stars. And the spa with the river view is the highlight of the show! We recommend eyes closed.
