Located just above Port Quin, 1 mile from Port Isaac (as the crow flys). Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

There is off road parking, a private patio and garden, perfect for those long summer evening BBQ's. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than 5 minutes walk away. The walk along the coast path to the harbour is simply beautiful especially on a sunny summer evening.Walkers can enjoy exploring the area via the South-West Coast Path.

There is also one hotel, which offers evening meals, also a ten minute walk away. Trelights is close to Port Isaac (where Doc Martin is filmed) and Polzeath (about a ten minute drive). There are 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a double bed and bunk beds. The sunny conservatory overlooks fields. Plenty of off road parking.
