L’été: Pour les adeptes de rafting ou kayak sur la rivière Mistassibi ou de randonnée qui longent la rivière. Accès à de petites baies pour se baigner ou admirer les rapides. L’hiver: Profitez des sentiers de raquettes. Près des sentiers de motoneige la Passerelle du 49e parallèle.

Boat trip nearby, beaches, snowmobile trails directly from the cottage, fishing and much more!

Nature right before your eyes

Accommodation with independent entrance (outdoor staircase) located in the center of the village of St-Méthode (now Saint-Félicien) on the 2nd floor of my ancestral residence. Accommodation: 1 double bedroom, bathroom (bath and shower) living room and dining area (it is not a full kitchen) with small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, coffee, milk, tea, sugar etc. Balcony with table and chairs overlooking the river. Garage available for bikes or motorcycles.

Chalet de la pointe

Beautiful small cottage along the shoreline of the Ticouapé River, which is located at the mouth of Lac St-Jean. Peaceful place to observe wildlife and enjoy nature. The cottage provides direct access to the river for canoeing and kayaking. NO Wi-Fi and TV Access to the water does not allow swimming, or rather we do not recommend it, because the site is swampy and the water level varies according to that of Lac St-Jean. The chalet is only 8 km from downtown Saint-Félicien.

St-Prime Residence

Residence in a very good location for discovering the region, 10 min walk to St-Prime beach, 200 m from the bike path that goes around Lac St-Jean and close to the golf course. New furniture and appliances with a large common area to maximize your comfort. Large private grounds with furnished terrace, BBQ and outdoor fireplace. Office area with screen. Also close to the following attractions: - St. Félicien Zoo - Val-Jalbert Waterfall - La Chouape microbrewery

Solitary House

House located in a quiet place in a semi-forest environment, close to the city. Bordered by the Ouiatchouaniche River and surrounded by several mature trees, you will find yourself in the middle of nature, five minutes from services. One double bed and one sofa bed, Sleeps 4. Kitchen equipment, large shower, several other personal effects on site will be at your disposal; guitar, piano, gym, bicycles, board games etc. N.B. There is no wifi.

The home is on the main route 169 and sits on approximately 6 acres of cultivated wooded land. The home consists of 2 separate units. Real and Gaetane live n the lower unit permanently and take care of the property. The upper unit is completely renovated in 2019.
