The 1st cottage built on the estate in 2021, Le Cerf, is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, good food with friends and family while having access to all the amenities and comfort you can imagine. Chalet "Le Refuge"

Rustic cottage located in the heart of a beautiful maple grove. The perfect place to stock up on fresh air and nature. On the site, you'll have access to a 1.6 km gravel road perfect for hiking, biking and snowshoeing. In winter, a slide is also accessible. In addition, you will find nearby the Massif du Sud, the Appalaches Lodge-Spa, the Appalaches Regional Park (Loutres Falls 5 km away), federal mountain biking and snowmobiling trails, a bike path, etc.
