Villa holiday rentals in Saint-Francois

Beautiful place, the stay was even better than hoped! Difficult to choose the main asset of this house between the large terrace in the shade, the 30° pool, the superb small private garden, and the calm of the surroundings. St Francois is 5 minutes away with all shops and restaurants. Our 3 and 5 year olds loved it! And what a pleasure to find food in the fridge when we arrive! A big thank you to Laurence, Max and Louise for the advice and their availability. If we come back to Guadeloupe one day, it will most likely be at this place! A true Caribbean treasure!

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful villa. The amenities are very good. 👍 It was very quiet and relaxed; with great views and wonderful garden. Fanny was super friendly and took care of anything you need.

Where do you start?! This beautiful villa perched on top of a mountain gives you a breathtaking view with perfect privacy. You will feel connected with nature very quickly. The home was very clean and well maintained. The year of construction must be new. The infinity pool is a big must. The 3 sliding doors that open to give you a view of the sea and the mountains makes you feel like you're outside at all times. The view from the bedrooms with sliding door is also beautiful including one on the pool and the other on the outdoor dining area. The relaxing area outside gives you beautiful coffee moments in the morning. The villa is very well located, close to everything, in the Saint-François neighborhood and even 15 minutes from Sainte-Anne. The host is very responsive and super friendly. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Seriously, I don't have any negative points. Do not wait if it is available BOOKEZ:)

We had a wonderful time staying at the place. The house is very nicely decorated, clean and there is everything important. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the beautifully designed garden and great pool invite you to relax. The communication with Carole and Magali was impeccable. We will be happy to come back. 🥰

First of all, thank you for having me! The house is really very nice and arranged in such a way that you will always have a draft (precious in Guadeloupe) and that's not counting the presence in each room of a ceiling fan, a real plus! You feel good at Corinne's, the place is quiet and a few hundred meters from the beach. Inside you will find everything you need and even more than you need (dishes, utensils, games, books and even a box with plenty of charging cable; this can be useful if you forgot your phone charger for example). The exterior is enchanting (and even more so at night with the subtle lighting): many spaces to relax, near the living room and kitchen, under the patio, at the back of the garden or even by the pool, which by the way is absolutely superb!! Large, with a perfect depth and a perfect temperature... what a joy! Have a guaranteed stay

We had a great time at Virginia's place. The house is beautiful, quiet but close to all amenities, restaurants and beaches. The perfect house for a stay in Guadeloupe, I highly recommend we will come back! Love it!

We had a pleasant stay with the family, it's a very nice house with a beautiful opening to the pool and its magnificent garden, everything was clean and in accordance with the photos, the host was very responsive and available, I recommend it.

The concierge Sylvie who welcomed us was very accommodating for our arrival as well as the departure. Very nice and smiling. The house is beautiful and as shown in the photos. Everything was perfect, especially Miss M!

Beautiful house for family vacations! We were 6 adults and 4 teenagers and we had plenty of room! The sea view is just amazing , the very large infinity pool! Sublime!

Victoria’s house is a priceless, older, custom designed Caribbean beach house with private beach. Her personal decor perfectly offsets what the house is about. Just a fantastic setup. The house has a lovely familial charm, throughout. There were moments when it felt as though I were back in St. Tropez than in Guadeloupe. It could not be more idyllic. Her host was beyond polite. Everything was thoroughly covered, including close recommendations.

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

We were 7 people at the villa for 10 days. I confirm that the photos are exactly as in reality and it's beautiful. The infinite pool with the view is just wow. And the bedrooms are really good with each their bathroom. The little hitch we had was the hot water for the shower, it wasn't everyone who had it. On the beach side, we have no problem with the caretakers. They were very courteous as long as we had the bracelets and access card. Grocery is about 10 minutes max. The city did not often pass for recycling, we had to wear them in municipal bacc because it was overflowing but it is not the fault of the owners. And on the communication side with Marielle, it was perfect, always very quick to respond. So in summary, we give a 10/10 to the villa and we highly recommend it. A wonderful vacation!

A beautiful week spent in this wonderful residence. Everything was perfect and beyond the photos. Just a big wow I recommend this property well furnished and with a breathtaking view. Very safe as a private neighborhood. A huge thank you to Audrey who was very welcoming with a beautiful bowl of fruit upon arrival and a small cocktail.

Very beautiful and spacious house. The house is very well located, close to everything but isolated enough not to be in all the traffic and buzz of shops and the marina. The outdoor space is perfect with the pool and carbet. We love our 3 kids. We would definitely recommend it.

It was great! upon arrival the hotel had left us fruit, a lunch and a bottle of planter and water so that we didn't go to the grocery store. He even offered to come to the airport. The villa was great, you have to have a car but nice location to visit. Perfect ideal with the pool and kitchen, open area for a week with a friend. I would go back!

we had a very pleasant stay, the house is superb exactly as in the photos the bedrooms are large and each have their own bathroom swimming pool is top notch! Antony gave us lots of places to eat, do activities and shop, he is very nice and responsive in case of any problem. i highly recommend this place thank you antony;-))

Renée and Alex were great hosts! Friendly, smiling and good tips for visiting this jewel that is Guadeloupe. Alex is an excellent experienced kitchen. Be aware that they can offer you local specialties! We , we let ourselves be seduced by the lobster 🦞 A delight. As for the accommodation, it is located in a real tropical garden in a quiet area with privacy close to the pool 😎 The cottage is functional, clean and tastefully furnished. The market town of St. François is a stone's throw away but by car. Close to all shops.

Hosts were quick to answer our questions. A little far from services (auto required for travel). Beautiful condo with private pool. Since the location of the other listings is nearby, the noise from other tenants can be an issue.

Hello we were 8 people, 4 couples and we really enjoyed the villa...Sylvie had warned us of the decrease in the water flow in a shower so we did with...welcome very appreciated as well as the fruit basket...very good for family with children..

An exceptional villa in an ideal place, quiet and a short walk from the center of Saint François. Joel was available, responsive and good advice throughout the stay. Perfect for a family vacation. I would recommend it 100%.
