The apartment in the lower level of the home has recently been renovated, with a walk-out private entrance, a full kitchen & dining area, full bath, bedroom and a cozy living space. Situated just 35 minutes from downtown St Louis, in the safe and affluent community of Edwardsville, this property sits in a quiet cul de sac on a wooded lot right in the heart of the city. We are just a few minutes from the SIUE campus, Edwardsville HS, & I-270. Coffee/restaurants/shops/parks/trails just 2 min away.

Pool, Hot Tub and Dog Paradise

As of 10/13/25 the pool is closed. Located close to Scott Air Force Base and STL. Home is on 5 acres and has plenty of privacy. Beds are memory foam mattresses. Heated pool (Mid-May - Mid-September). Pet friendly (dog/cat) & have 1 Large kennel and 1 small pet carrier we can set up. Our home has a large circle drive that goes behind the barn. There is room for Handicap parking, the gate and sidewalk to the main patio are 48 inches wide. We have a handicap shower seat. We live on the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Wifi is available and the home is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the peaceful backyard while you sit on the porch & relax. An easy drive 4 miles south of I-64. No third party bookings. Use of property to registered guests only.

Welcome to the Garfield Inn. A cozy cottage off a brick-lined street in an historic Belleville neighborhood. Coffee, tea, hot cider and chocolate are provided. We are in walking distance to downtown Belleville, and free parking is available. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is a barbeque grill, covered back patio, gazebo and lovely gardens. "Bungalow Five-O-Two" is located in historic Lebanon, Illinois. Built in 1885, Bungalow-Five-Two has been completely renovated to offer modern accommodations while maintaining its charm and integrity. Conveniently located within walking distance to McKendree University and the amazing restaurants and quaint shops of Lebanon. Only a 15 minute drive to Scott AFB, 10 minutes to MIdAmerica Airport, and 30 minutes to St. Louis.

This charming, remodeled cottage is conveniently located between Grafton and Alton, IL on top of the bluff, high above the Mississippi River and the Great River Road. This 2 bedroom cottage is in a private, woodland setting perfect for your bird and wildlife viewing. We have seen many eagles, turkey and deer. Although there is not WiFi in the house, there is a WiFI and River viewing area close by.
