Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Saint James City

Perfect place for our spring break destination. From booking to check out and everything in between we could not have asked for a better place to spend spring break. Even with less than ideal fishing weather, this great space made the week restful and relaxing. Boat lift was ideal, dock was HUGE, neighbors were friendly, and hot tub was a huge bonus after a day on the boat. House was amazingly spacious which allowed for an open feel. The decor had this cool vibe of old Florida with modern. Clean, well equipped and can’t wait to go back! Thanks Dana!

Chris was hands down the most responsive and proactive host ever. House was clean and the amenities and house matched the photos. Fishing was good. Nearby restaurants were good. We will definitely be back.

This vacation was truly amazing. The house was roomy enough for our large family and most importantly, it stayed cooled to our liking. It had everything we needed. There was always something for everyone to do....fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking. No one was ready to leave after our week long stay. I can't say enough great things about Ingrid. So responsive, helpful and accommodating. She truly cares about her guests. Everyone we met on the island was helpful and so friendly, giving us advice and recommendations. I hope that this place is available for many years to come because I will definitely come back. It was that perfect!

This property had a fabulous location! Easy water, access, and close to a couple restaurants via car or boat. What made the stay so special was coming back after a hot day on the boat and getting in a pool! And Wendy did not leave out any details! There were floats, a pump for the floats, a perfect tiki bar to enjoy, and plenty of beach towels! The property also had great kitchen supplies if you’re wanting to cook and also a fun ice machine. These are just a few things that are coming to the top of my head and I know I’m still forgetting to mention some! Also, I was fortunate enough to meet Wendy in person and she is very hospitable. You will not regret this stay!!

Great location. Very peaceful with great kayaking all around. Everything inside the house was clean and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive with great instructions.

The house was absolutely amazing plenty of room and lots of activities for the evening time. The dock was very quiet/quaint. The pool was more than awesome for our small family. The garage full of amenities made the beach/waterway more pleasurable. Would definitely recommend for the beach/fishing family or those looking to get away from the busy city life.

I truly LOVED my stay at Sandra’s. There were a few things I needed to use while there, like a leaf blower and Sandra was readily available online to help me find what I needed. One regret I have is that the pool wasn’t ready for use. However, it was lovely as just a water feature and I enjoyed sitting on the porch watching some ducks swim in it. I’ll definitely be back. The landscaping is superb, and everything was in full bloom. (Mid May). She has a wonderful collection of plants! I was looking for a peaceful low-key get-away and this was definitely that. I spent a lot of time admiring all the blooming trees & flowers. Sandra also allowed me to bring a few friends, which was not a part of my original reservation. She is very easy to work with. Bonus: my dog had the time of his life running around and slept so soundly each night.

Tonya was easy to work with and answered my questions, even went out of her way to get a picture ( regarding dock as we brought a boat) The house is gorgeous, neighborhood is as well. It's located close to everything, but tucked into a neighborhood that's quiet with essentially no traffic. We've done the AirBNB thing in Marathon, Pine Island, Punta Gorda, etc. This home and Cape Coral are our favorite so far! Five stars!

We had a great time! Loved the pool. Saw a dolphin in the canal on two different mornings. So exciting. Very well stocked spices in the kitchen. Responded very quickly when we had a question or needed something. Thank you Jeff and Nika!!!

Great House. Near Fishing, Beaches, and Restaurants. Big Couch, Big TV, Cold A/C and All the Extras… Hot Tub that WORKS and Pool with Light…👍

This is a beautiful three-bedroom three-bath home. The outdoor area features a crystal-clear pool, comfortable lounge chairs, an outdoor kitchen, and a grill. Inside the kitchen is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It is very accessible to many great restaurants in Cape Coral and takes 15 minutes to downtown Fort Myers if you are on business. We will always make this our top choice when traveling to Fort Myers.

Fantastic home and great location!!! Everything you need is there for outdoor fun if you can't bring it. 5 Bikes, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, & fishing gear. Pictures do not do the home justice. The boat lift is great as well as the kayak launch and floating dock. The lanai is much larger than I thought and there is a huge pass through window from the kitchen to the lanai. To hot to use this trip but would be nice when it is cooler. The kitchen is very large with plenty of cabinets. Beds were comfortable and all three bedrooms were good sized. The garage is great to have to leave things in it that you don't need to bring in the house and I was able to put my small trailer in there as well. The pool area is set up with all the pool toys you need. There is a large 6 burner propane grill by the pool for all your grilling needs. Questions were promptly answered within a couple of minutes. Publix is 5 minutes away . My only recommendation would be a 3.5 cu ft freezer for boaters.

Mindy was amazing and extremely helpful- quick to respond to messages and she provided her phone number so that we could call about anything. We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful home sitting on the canal. This home is close to all of the beaches that we wanted to explore - within a 25 to 30 minute drive - which wasn’t bad for us. The pool was so magical overlooking the canal with spectacular sunsets! Early morning coffee on the dock was just what the doctor ordered for a peaceful start to each day. Bikes were such an extra perk. I was able to ride down to the country club every evening (it is open to the public) and enjoy evening concerts outside when they had them. Perfect for little tots. Very accommodating regarding high chairs and crib. Overall our family had a magnificent time and made memories to last a lifetime! Thank you ‘Mindy! 😊

The House was absolutely beautiful, Very clean and had all of the amenities one could want in the house and specifically in the Kitchen. Everything was perfect. I would just add that if I had to say anything to improve would be to add a handrailing at the steps in the swimming pool but that is my only criticism. Thank you very much for opening your home to us!

The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows available. The furniture is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. This place is truly a gem.

Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. My family has an amazing and relaxing time! We have lost our home and everything we own in hurricane Milton so we were in desperate need of some family time. The home was beautiful and all of the linens were clean and to be honest it was probably the most relaxing time we've had in the past year. I highly recommend this location! If you don't believe me try it yourself 🤗😝

This place is a great location! Turner Beach is loaded with shells especially if you walk a short ways to the left at a rock wall. Walking to the beach was very easy. There are chairs, shell scoopers, umbrella, etc. Very roomy, comfy and quiet. I would rent here again.

The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!
