The absolute calm in a charming Provençal village between hills and seaside and not far from the high mountain. You can choose between the idle and active holiday ( hiking, climbing, and many other activities). For art lovers the Matisse Chapel is nearby as well as the Maeght Foundation in Saint Paul de Vence. The visit of the house of Auguste Renoir in Cagnes is interesting. Antibes and Nice are beautiful destinations to admire prestigious works such as those of Picasso, Matisse and Chagall.

Maud's home is so cozy and has a familial feel to it. Everything was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. She was very responsive and helpful during the checkin process and finding somewhere to park. Thank you again for assisting us with the dinner reservation!

Julia, Du hast da ein tolles Haus in einer einzigartigen Umgebung - Die Lage regt zum träumen an und man ist direkt versucht den Hitchcock Klassiker „Über den Dächern von Nizza“ vor dieser Kulisse zu schauen (was wir auch getan haben😉). Da wir einer der ersten Gäste waren gehe ich davon aus, dass Du gerade erst begonnen hast das Objekt Deines Vaters nach Deinen Vorstellungen umzubauen - Sichtbare Hinweise darauf sind das relativ neue Bad im 1. OG, sowie das zweite Bad im 2.OG, was wir leider während unseres Aufenthaltes noch nicht nutzen konnten. Das zweite Bad ist absolut notwendig, wenn man mit mehr als 4 Gästen das Objekt „konfliktfrei“ nutzen möchte, insofern wird es sicher nachfolgende Gäste freuen ein zweites Bad zur Verfügung zu haben. Ansonsten sollte man nur noch über eine Klimaanlage im 1./2.OG nachdenken um die Nächte etwas komfortabler zu gestalten. Das eigentliche Highlight des Hauses ist definitiv der Garten mit dem tollen Pool, den wir täglich auch genutzt haben.

Très beau séjour à st- Jeannet La petite ville est magnifique et la localisation de la maison est super. Vue magnifique, terrasse avec piscine le rêve :) la maison est très accueillante et nous avons très bien dormi. Cuisine très bien rénovée il y avait tout ce que l’on avait besoin . Seul point négatif les salles de bains et la troisième chambre à l’extérieur de la maison est sans air climatisé .

We had a wonderful stay in Saint-Jeannet as a family of three generations. David was a fantastic host, we were greeted by Thomas - who was warm, welcoming, and thorough with instructions. He even prepared the pool for the kids, who were thrilled to be the first to use it this season. The house is spacious yet cozy, making it easy for us to settle in quickly. The mountain location offers breathtaking views that the whole family enjoyed. We made day trips to Antibes for the beach, Vence for its markets and restaurants, and Nice for sightseeing. As mentioned by others, the nearby roads are quite narrow, so a small car is recommended. We used the village car park to avoid navigating the tightest spots. Highly recommended for families or larger groups looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. The surroundings are absolutely stunning – the house has a lovely terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains. It’s such a peaceful and charming place. If you get the chance, definitely take a hike up the mountain nearby – the view is worth it! Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

Absolutely stunning view of the sea from both living area and swimming pool. Very private and peaceful. Short walk into the beautiful village. Vilhelm was so helpful with suggestions of where to eat and getting around and the house was spotlessly clean.

Fabulous stay at Rich's place - it was perfect for our extended family of seven. the house is very cosy and the outside kitchen and dining area was wonderful for evening meals. There are lots of fantastic walks in the area and we loved St Paul de Vence and other neighbouring towns. Table de Baous is a lovely local restaurant.
