It is a great accommodation, very well located, it has a nice decor, spacious, clean, tidy, furnished! You feel really good there! The view by level (human activity with the road and its traffic, the small park, then the sea in the background) is too nice, and made me spend hours on the balcony contemplating. Accommodation close to everything, secure. For me, it's flawless. Go there with confidence!

Karine and Hugues were remarkable hosts: available, responsive, accommodating on schedules and very friendly. The accommodation is absolutely perfect, it looks like a hotel room with a small kitchen as a bonus. Comfortable bedding, laundry and soaps available, everything is very clean. I thought I was at a hotel. In addition, the residence is very quiet which is very nice to enjoy the large balcony and the parking space is a real plus. A real pleasure, looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a great month at this place. Access is self-contained, and all amenities are available. The proximity to the city center and the Saturday market is a real asset. In addition, access to private parking provides peace of mind.

Big fancy apartment, great amenities and spectacular see view. Location is very convenient, few steps from the beach and easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Underground parking is a huge plus. Highly recommended !!!

The apartment is faithful to the description. We loved our stay and recommend it because in addition to the apartment... you have everything nearby and it's great. My only regret is the TV and everything connected with Alexa. I would have liked to be able to watch the local channels. We had a great time at Laetitia's place. The accommodation was very clean, very well equipped and in a good location. The bedding and linens were perfect and comfortable. The bathroom was impeccable. We also took advantage of the magnificent terrace equipped with a garden lounge and a table with chairs and a parasol. A very good experience, I highly recommend it!
