Our arrival went very well. On the other hand, a small stale smell was present when we entered. We tried to open the windows to ventilate but only a window and the patio door had a screen. The smell left anyway quickly. The hot water had not been turned on but communication with Dominique was super quickly and the issue was resolved in less than 2 minutes. The cottage is very welcoming, everything you need is available to work like at home! The beds are very comfortable and the space is vast. The kids had a lot of fun in the waterfall. It's naturally slippery, but with water shoes, fun is guaranteed! I recommend this cottage for rest and fun!

We spent our honeymoon here and absolutely loved it! We especially enjoyed the sky-couch and hot tub. The atmosphere was very clean and relaxed. There was a brief issue with the heat pump but Jean-Philippe and Priscilla were very helpful and responsive. The only thing we weren't expecting is that the chalet is part of a community of chalets so it wasn't quite as private as we initially thought. There were chalets on either side of us and two across from us so several of the large unshaded windows and the hot tub area were exposed to the public. All in all very good experience, definitely would recommend it and we're likely to return.
