Villa holiday rentals in Saint Julian's Bay

We absolutely loved our 10 days in Malta. Kathleen kindly let us check in early & we were greeted by her lovely mum and dad on arrival. The villa was so much bigger than expected and the pool area was stunning. There are supermarkets, restaurants and places to drink within walking distance, as well an amazing fishmongers and beautiful rooftop restaurant called Adura that serve delicious cocktails! There's also a bus stop at the end of the road, which is the easiest way to get around the island and down to Mellieha Bay, which is just down the hill. We highly recommend this villa :)

It’s such a charming place to stay and very cool in hot weather the inner courtyard is a lovely place to eat breakfast or if you want some time out from the sun. Nice bays to swim near by and the centre of village is lively in the evenings. On the whole great accommodation and lovely host. Thank you Jade!

Excellent house for our family of 6. All necessary amenities are available. We especially enjoyed the pool area. Kelly and her family are extremely kind responsive. If you don’t have a car, note that nearest supermarket is around 1 km away and downtown are with all restaurants etc approximately 1,5 km away.

Charlene organised everything great and answers your questions quickly. We loved the garden and our kids loved feeding the turtle Paddy. The neighborhood is quiet and the supermarket and some restaurants are on walking distance. Malta is a beautiful island and Mellieha. We had a lovely holliday.

Clean, big, spacious house. We had a pleasent stay here. Emanuel, the host, is very friendly, he lives next door with his wife. The house is a bit warm, but the bedrooms have air conditioning. A deposit of 150 euros had to be paid upon arrival.

We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!

Great stay at this maltese home. The villa comes exactly as described and nothing was missed. Especially the roof is perfect for a relaxing nightcap or the first coffee in the morning. Expect to make a lot of hard decisions about where to have lunch or dinner during your stay since there are a lot of great restaurants, bars & cafés in the neighborhood to choose from. But the best part of the stay has definitely been the amazing hosts Warren and Mariella. They proactively offered their help at any time and always made sure that we didn’t miss anything. If you need a transfer from or to the airport - don‘t worry, Mariella will take care of it and book everything for you. Thank you so much! We will definitely try and return to Villa Joseph one day.

Beautiful villa steps away from Saint Paul's Bay. Beautiful views over the mountains and sea. The villa is far from other houses so you do not suffer from neighbors or cars. The host was so kind. We didn't have to ask for anything and everything was taken care of for us. I can't speak a negative word about the property. Perfect for family but also for a group of friends. Everywhere is enough place to chill, eat and lie in the sun.

Great place. Lots of room and very nice Villa overall. Lino was great houst. Helped as with everything and even took us to supermarket with his own car. Everything was just like promised and we did have great week at the Villa Buddha.

The villa was everything we hoped for with unbelievable views and great facilities in the villa which were so much fun especially for our large group. The bedrooms were so clean and spacious and the villa had more than enough room for everyone. The villa is in a lovely location only a short taxi ride from Valletta and Marsaskala which is a lovely town. Chris was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and gave great instructions. Look forward to coming back!!

Stayed here from a Friday to a Monday in February. Everything was perfect. Jane was really helpful both before our visit and during and organised our transfer. She even let us stay there for an extra 3 hours after checkout time which was very convenient.

Great accommodation, the villa is just amazing! The pool area is very pleasant and functional! The location may seem far away but not at all, everything is 20 minutes away by car. Small convenience store very close.

The villa was very nice, even more so than I expected. The pool was brilliant, the villa felt luxurious and the host was really good. An uber to st Julian’s was around €10 or €14 to Valletta while to nearby supermarkets it was €3. So the location is peaceful and private but easy to access the more urban areas.

We booked Ivanas house as a party of 11 with 2 families. We had kids with ages ranging from 15 to 3 and there were amenities for everyone to enjoy. The pool was cold so that wasn't enjoyed as much but having the sports to play kept our kids busy during our down times. Although it was a bit far from restaurants and activities, bolt was very easy to use and came straight to the house. Would recommend for multiple families hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Although we didn't meet Gabriel, he was always helpful and quick to respond to messages, and our stay was as smooth as possible. The house itself is spacious and atmospheric. Listing photos are accurate. A pool for children who can swim (1.5m-2.3m).

We had a great time at David his place. Upon arrival we could check in early, which was very convenient after our early morning flight. David was very welcoming and gave us advice about the surroundings and what to do in Malta and around the house. Our kids were able to enjoy the pool immediately and we relaxed at the nice loungebeds. The view is wonderful, nice sunset view looking towards Gozo! The apartment has all the basics that are needed for a pleasant stay. We slept very comfortable in the beds, the kitchen is very complete and towels for as well showering as for use at the pool / beach were provided. The location is very central, from here it’s easy to travel all around the island and the other islands. It’s also near the nicest beaches of Malta. David is very responsive and assertive, great service! If you are looking for a nice, simple but complete accomodation with a pool and nice views and a friendly host, I can definately recommend this place.

Good villa for group stays, great location near the paceville (for clubbing), great common area and outdoor pools.

Nadia was an amazing host, very friendly and welcoming. The listing did not reflect how magnificent the villa truly was. Every last detail was thought of and delivered. The garden was the real gem for me, an endless joy, hosting an amazing pool which gave us hours of joy and fun. There were great restaurants in walking distance and a reliable bus service on the doorstep. Can not recommend this beautiful home enough, 5+stars from me !

I stayed at Liz's for a week and there's nothing negative to say! The room was spacious and so comfortable with all the storage needed to feel at home. The space was quiet despite other people. Common areas like the bedroom were always clean. The terrace as well as the pool is so pretty and nice! The place is next to a bus stop, near a supermarket close to everything. Awesome! And Liz is very responsive and kind! I would recommend it without a second thought!

The accommodation itself is beautiful and perfectly shown on the pictures. It was a great place to hang out and relax, but the only thing that was a little inconvenient, was that you had to travel very far if you wanted to get to the city
