A living room with a sofa bed, sleeping in 140, a bedroom with a 140 bed as well, and a bathroom with shower. I have an extra bed in 80 that is in the room. So cottage with 5 beds but be careful with the space which is still reduced. The maximum to be well remains the number of 3 people.
