Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. We couldn’t say enough great things about the team that runs this property. The neighborhood is quiet and cool, minutes away from Reggae Beach. The pool is secluded in the backyard, clean, and refreshing. The house was kept spotless, had everything we needed, and the pictures do not do this property justice. It was better than what we expected from the photos. Every room seemed like the main suite, so it was easy to split rooms up with our guests. There’s cute monkeys that run around the neighborhood, so our kids would do monkey walks in the morning and near sunset. It’s safe, and beautiful. When we had any questions, the host responded with answers and offered to send our technicians to walk us through the trouble shooting, so that was huge to us. We just got home today, but will miss St Kitts and this property. Thank you.

I stayed here with some friends for a weekend. It was a really nice apartment and the host gave us clear instructions on how to enter the apartment before arrival. She also responded quickly everytime. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The price was also really good. We did not have our own car, but we could walk easily to town and the harbour. For locations further away we booked taxi's. I definitely recommend this one!

We cannot say nice enough things about this villa, the stay, and Nevis itself. Not only was the villa better than the photos, but it was very well stocked and comfortable. The property and the views were stunning, tranquil, and we never felt concerned with safety. Also, having assistance with the transportation made things feel more at ease. Janet suggested great hiking guides for us, Island Buzz Tours, and they also exceeded our expectations. Nevis and St. Kitts now has a very special place in our hearts, and we cannot wait to visit again.

Coccoloba was truly "Heaven on the Hill". It sits up the hill from Oualie Beach and the Water Taxi Pier. It looks out across the Narrows to St Kitts and has the most wonderful sunset views. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two cozy bedrooms. Each with their own bathroom, outdoor showers (indoor ones too). The bedrooms have their own A/C (if needed). In the morning open the pocket doors to let the constant breeze to keep you comfy and cool. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. One nice extra is that Peter and Louise stocked the villa with an initial supply of provisions that held us over until our grocery store trip. The outdoor grill was a easy to use and fired up fast. Peter & Louise were such wonderful hosts! We fell in love with Nevis and the villa. Hope to be back soon. Ron

Everything was just as it was presented on Airbnb. I loved sitting outside every morning and having my coffee on the balcony and admiring the gorgeous view of the bay! Definitely would stay here again.

Let me start out by saying our stay here was absolutely phenomenal~!!! Seana and her husband were incredibly responsive…Offered to arrange transportation to and from the airport to their location..and had the refrigerator stocked with travel refreshments! Their Airbnb was just as beautiful as photographed! The cleanliness surpassed our expectations - and we were grateful for the washer/dryer that was made available riding our stay! In closing, this is an incredible place to stay - not only due to the location being close to “the action” - but it also served as a central hub to our guest that we’re traveling with us! Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming. She made us feel right at home, and even gave us some delicious mangoes! My family & I enjoyed relaxing under the patio, soaking in the breeze.  Lita was incredibly welcoming and a pleasure to meet. The apartment was clean and very well organised, with all the essentials provided, even if you haven’t had a chance to visit the shops yet. From our check in to check out, Gail was a kind host to communicate with. Very responsive, on the ball and very helpful. The unit was very clean and check in was very seamless. The ocean views from the unit were priceless. This space is perfect for a large group and for families to create memories. 5 star all the way!

Absolutely beautiful place and view. If you are wondering if the reviews are accurate...they are. Garett is very communitive and makes getting here very simple. Once you arrive Eulin has food in fridge and she even had wine and cake for my wife's birthday! The best part is having the jeep which we drove all over the island. Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I enjoyed our 4-night stay at Beulah’s apartment. Clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen and bath. Excellent location, a 10-minute walk to Frigate Bay Beach and restaurants/bars. A small grocery store is a 10-minute walk along the golf course path. The pool patio was private and peaceful. I was relieved to find a secure, gated property to park my scooter safely overnight. A great home base to explore St. Kitts and relax when you want a private escape.

Nevis is a gem if you want a peaceful and relaxing respite. The villa was just as described. It had everything we needed for a perfect week. The view and sound of the water just steps away was amazing. The beach was pristine with smooth sand; clear, clean, blue water and spectacular views of St. Kitts and Mount Nevis. No seaweed, rocks or crowded beaches. There are three great restaurants within walking distance. If you are adventurous, I recommend renting a vehicle and exploring the island yourself. Everyone is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed Nevis Hot Springs and several restaurants including Golden Rock, Mem’s Pizza, Sunshine’s, Mojo’s, and Yachtman’s Grill plus taking in the views of the island. Vanessa was a dream to work with so do take advantage of the concierge services she provides. We had a fantastic week and appreciate Chris and Dawn for sharing their piece of paradise with us.

Beautiful spacious property with gorgeous views. Even better than the pictures. We loved our time visiting St. Kitts and staying at Christine’s condo. It was the perfect size for our family of four. In a great location with well maintained grounds, three swimming pools and everything you might need for a week’s stay. Christine was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful and flexible in our accommodations. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in St. Kitts. The only negative we experienced was the water being shut off each night at 10pm. It seems this might be a regular thing so it is good to know ahead of time. We were able to squeeze our showers in but not always the dishwasher for our dishes. Ended up having to hand wash in the morning when the water was turned back on. This was just a slight inconvenience for us but overall it was a fantastic stay!

Barbara greeted us and explained everthing in person. We had a wonderful time and walked to nearby restaurants which were plentiful. Showers in both bedrooms were awesome. The kitchen had all the supplies for cooking. A walkable nearby store only steps away had all we needed. The pool was always tended too each day and walking the beach with the waves from the Atlantic was just breath taking and relaxing.

The perfect place to stay! Comfortable , convenient location with so much in walking distance . Great pool and access to the ocean with gazebo to enjoy your morning coffee. Good WiFi for those looking to work with a great desk space.

My partner and I stayed in this gorgeous apartment for nearly six weeks and truly couldn’t have asked for more. It’s incredibly well-equipped—every kitchen utensil you might need, plus a washer and dryer, perfect for a long stay. The space was spotless, the beds were super comfy, both bathrooms had great showers, and each room had fans and strong AC. It’s tastefully decorated with a comfy sofa, dining area, and multiple balconies offering stunning views over Frigate Bay and the sea. The location is ideal—an easy walk to great restaurants, the beach, and fun but not-too-close beach bars. Best of all, there are three pools just minutes from the apartment. Silver Reef was easy to find, self check-in was a breeze, and the building manager Tracey was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a perfect stay and were sad to leave. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful St. Kitts!

Everything was great. The location was perfect - the only thing that's a bit off is that it's dated. It's clean but dated - with A/C only in the bedroom - so the rate is relatively fair. Updating the bathroom - adding an A/C in the family room - and updating the furniture would make this place absolutely perfect - even if the price was increased slightly. I'd definitely stay here again - even if it's still dated.

Beulah is simply the best host. She's kind, warm, friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgable about the island. She is readily available should you have any questions or need anything. The space was fabulous for the two of us - we would definitely recommend to others and would come again.
