Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Laurent

Its a wonderful place for a 2nights short stay here for my visit in montreal, the place its abit far away from the city area but its more peaceful and safe to live. The host its rly nice, I would definitely recommend this place and might be rebooking for my next visit.

Logement bien situé avec arrêt de bus en face bus n° 112 qui amène au métro Jolicoeur . Tout proche des promenades à côté du St Laurent. Propriétaire très réactif.

The home was pristine and lovely. Very modern and sunny (a nice skylight in the living room), and having two bedrooms was quite convenient. The hosts have responded to previous feedback: Though the entry staircase is a typical (skinny) one for Montreal, it didn't feel wobbly, as they must have stabilized it. And there are dark curtains in each room preventing light from getting in at night. Neighborhood is quiet and doesn't have that much going on (though there is a karaoke bar nearby), but we did enjoy the wine bar across the street, which was cozy and welcoming.

I really enjoyed my stay at Heri’s place! I was in town for a week-long workshop and felt right at home. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood had a variety of good restaurants, and the metro and university were both only a short walk away, which was very convenient. The street outside was fairly noisy at times, but that wasn’t a major issue and usually wasn’t very noticeable with the windows closed. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Apartment was exactly as advertised. Host was very responsive and unit was really clean and nicely appointed. Location is excellent with great access to amenities, Metro and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Nicolae made our stay seamless! Easy to find, instructions were clear, and most of all it was spotless. They responded quickly and gave us advice about the area. The bus stop is only 5 mins away and you can get around Montreal seamlessly with close public transportation from this Air B and B. The privacy and location made our stay even better. Thank you Nicolae for an amazing experience!

I had a great stay at Petra's place in Laval. She was very friendly and welcoming, and made sure to let me know I could reach out if I needed anything during my stay. The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. It had everything I needed - a coffee machine, laundry, and all the essentials to feel right at home. The bed was really comfortable, and the location is great, with lots of places just a short drive away. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

Julia’s place was just as described—and even exceeded my expectations. It’s a very cozy duplex, perfect for a family of four, including two adults and two little ones. The staircase was quite steep, but aside from that, everything was wonderful. I would gladly stay there again if the opportunity arises!

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The space was clean, and stylish. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Sam is incredibly responsive and helpful, and provived clear check-in instructions. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal!

We had a wonderful stay at Philip's place. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for four adults. Philip was easy to communicate with and even accommodated our request for an earlier check-in. We would stay here again on our next visit to Montreal.

Amazing location central to everything! Danielle was incredibly helpful. She even arranges a work table as we were going to be working on our remote jobs during the day. Lived that we were able to be on the Mount Royal trails in under 15 min. The apartment itself is lovely and sitting by the window seeing all the activity below while drinking our morning coffee became one of our favorite things to do.

Jessica’s place was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable. The washer and dryer were convenient and there is good parking. Jessica was very responsive and gave good recommendations. Highly recommended.

Appartamento accogliente e funzionale, in una posizione tranquilla che permette di raggiungere il centro in poco tempo, inoltre, trovare parcheggio è semplicissimo. La casa offre tutto ciò che serve, dal wifi, alla cucina, alla televisione, ... Bagno spazioso, con vasca da bagno e doccia, molto puliti! Oltre alla casa l'Host è molto disponibile e reattivo, ad esempio noi abbiamo chiesto di aggiungere una sedia e neanche 1h dopo era già lì davanti alla porta. Pur essendo stati in 4, l'appartamento è facilmente vivibile con il dovuto spazio. Nelle camere vi sono anche delle cabine armadio spaziose che permettono di sistemare i propri bagagli così da non dover lasciare le valigie in giro per la casa. Ottima esperienza, vale sicuramente le 5 stelle!!!

Tout étais absolument incroyable, j’ai booker ce rbnb avec Reda et je vais le reprendre encore et encore, tout étais parfait. Superbe communication, superbe emplacement et satisfaction à 100%. Reda et ses rbnb sont parfaits en tout point. Je recommande!!!!

One word for This Airbnb and Julie .. BESTEST..☺️Julie was great like there was nothing which was not present in the Airbnd like not even single thing. Alwaya responsive and always helpful. All the instructions were clear i wish i can give more than these stars . This is not enough. ☺️ I am so impressed by all the things she offered us and it made our stay very easy . People should choose this Airbnd more often. Hopefully will come in the future again.❤️

Very cool, quirky place with lots of room. Great location close to St. Catherine St. and lots of restaurants and shopping. The free parking spot was a nice bonus! Jupiter and team responded very quickly to questions and gave lots of good suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Be aware that there is a steep flight of stairs inside to get up to the apartment, and some steps up and down into various rooms inside. The third bedroom and bathroom are accessed through the main bedroom, and that bathroom does not have a sink. Also, if you are a light sleeper, the busy street outside the front bedroom has some traffic noise, but was comfortable and spacious and has a nice en suite bathroom. We were very happy with our stay and the hosts and would recommend this listing!

It deserves 5 stars — very secure and clean, with lots of space to spend time with family. I will go back again. I felt at home.
