Leeton-on-Sea's Studio 2 is a ground-floor, garden-view apartment. The property itself is beachfront, with direct access to the beach through a gate. We are located on Barbados' South Coast. Next to Studio 2 is Studio 3, which is bookable through Airbnb. The rooms have connecting doors which can be opened if rented at the same time. Otherwise, they are securely locked. Studio 4 is on the first floor. The property is 15 minutes' drive from the airport. People of all backgrounds are most welcome.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this spacious, centrally located, safe, fully air conditioned condo with amazing beach front views, in the famous nightlife action packed St Lawrence Gap. This is a completely separate cottage at the rear of our own home, on a quiet cul-de-sac, about one minutes "stroll" down to "our" (Rockley/Accra) beach. There's a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a smaller second bedroom. Open plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Veranda, small courtyard and a lawn. Within easy walking distance are a bank, doctor and pharmacy, a sports bars, a beach bar, 5 restaurants, a convenience store and 2 supermarkets.

The building is located right on the beach, is well secured, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, shops, nightclubs, hotels, etc.
