The house is decorated simply with bright materials. 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom, air-conditioned living room, equipped kitchen. Beach access is direct through the gate. We are close to the center of Ermitage, the center of St Gilles and the port of St Gilles. The gate is automated, parking. Pool: no shallow end. For careful tenants. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This house belongs to a family of surfers on the heights of St Leu. It has a wonderful view of the Indian Ocean! Located 10 minutes from the center in a typical Creole neighborhood of the heights, not far from paragliding take-offs. The JAWA house cat will stay during your stay (we will leave everything to feed it) This house with pool is not suitable for people who cannot swim. Parties are forbidden.
