These are 2 recent and adjoining homes: - 3 rooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) and 1 living room with an open-plan kitchen - 1 independent studio (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 shower and 1 enclosed toilet). They are furnished and all have air conditioning, TV, work table, wardrobe and fridge. They are all in the same residence with 2 different entrances. The building is located on the island between the 2 arms of the river, right in the tourist center.

It is located in the area of the hydrobase of Saint-Louis and offers a family atmosphere and a beautiful view of the sea and the river. Guests can make small meals in the kitchen or ask for meals to be prepared at a small extra charge. Guests can enjoy its sunny terrace, courtyard and small garden.
