Studio 15 minutes from Beaune/20 minutes from Chalon

Please note that access to the room is via a steep staircase (see photos). Guests can enjoy a large wooded garden, deckchairs, dining area and closed parking at the foot of the studio. Ideally located 15 minutes from Beaune or Chalon sur Saône in a small quiet village with several shops.

The two bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet are separated by a floor. The room on the ground floor (equipped kitchen/living room) has a fireplace and parquet flooring. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
